Abstract

1. Линейный актуатор (200), содержащий поворотный электродвигатель (201), поршень (207) и установленное между электродвигателем (201) и поршнем (207) преобразующее средство, предназначенное для преобразования вращательного движения двигателя (201) в линейное перемещение поршня (207) и содержащеепо меньшей мере один периферийный скошенный участок (214), находящийся внутри поршня (207),по меньшей мере одно нажимное средство (209), выполненное с возможностью взаимодействия с указанным периферийным скошенным участком (214), ипо меньшей мере одно направляющее средство (203, 216), позволяющее поршню (207) совершать поступательное перемещение,при этом скошенный участок (214) имеет по меньшей мере один пороговый выступ, находящийся в самой верхней его части, и проход (219), обеспечивающий поршню (207) возможность освобождения от усилий, прикладываемых к нему скошенным участком (214) и нажимным средством (209).2. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором преобразующее средство обеспечивает поршню возможность находиться в положении равновесия без необходимости включения питания электродвигателя, когда нажимное средство опирается на указанный выступ.3. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором указанный выступ выполнен как, по существу, плоская платформа, расположенная вдоль оси, перпендикулярной главной оси ротора.4. Актуатор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий поджимающее средство (205), прикладывающее к поршню (207) усилие, направленное вдоль оси ротора.5. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором скошенный участок (214) выполнен с возможностью обеспечивать поршню (207) без необходимости включения питания электродвигателя, по меньшей мере два следующих стационарных положения равновесия:первое положение, в котором нажимное средство (209) находится в проходе (219), ивторое положение, в

Claims (15)

1. Линейный актуатор (200), содержащий поворотный электродвигатель (201), поршень (207) и установленное между электродвигателем (201) и поршнем (207) преобразующее средство, предназначенное для преобразования вращательного движения двигателя (201) в линейное перемещение поршня (207) и содержащее
по меньшей мере один периферийный скошенный участок (214), находящийся внутри поршня (207),
по меньшей мере одно нажимное средство (209), выполненное с возможностью взаимодействия с указанным периферийным скошенным участком (214), и
по меньшей мере одно направляющее средство (203, 216), позволяющее поршню (207) совершать поступательное перемещение,
при этом скошенный участок (214) имеет по меньшей мере один пороговый выступ, находящийся в самой верхней его части, и проход (219), обеспечивающий поршню (207) возможность освобождения от усилий, прикладываемых к нему скошенным участком (214) и нажимным средством (209).
2. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором преобразующее средство обеспечивает поршню возможность находиться в положении равновесия без необходимости включения питания электродвигателя, когда нажимное средство опирается на указанный выступ.
3. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором указанный выступ выполнен как, по существу, плоская платформа, расположенная вдоль оси, перпендикулярной главной оси ротора.
4. Актуатор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий поджимающее средство (205), прикладывающее к поршню (207) усилие, направленное вдоль оси ротора.
5. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором скошенный участок (214) выполнен с возможностью обеспечивать поршню (207) без необходимости включения питания электродвигателя, по меньшей мере два следующих стационарных положения равновесия:
первое положение, в котором нажимное средство (209) находится в проходе (219), и
второе положение, в котором нажимное средство (209) находится на указанном выступе (215).
6. Актуатор по п. 5, в котором в первом положении равновесия поджимающее средство (205) отжимает поршень (207) от двигателя (201) на расстояние, большее, чем во втором положении.
7. Актуатор по п. 5, в котором во втором положении равновесия преобразующее средство прижимает поршень (207) к двигателю ближе, чем в первом положении.
8. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором указанный проход (219) отходит от верхней части скошенного участка и/или расположен рядом с пороговым выступом.
9. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором проход (219) заходит за нижнюю часть скошенного участка (214).
10. Актуатор по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере одно нажимное средство (209) является круглым стержнем, закрепленным перпендикулярно ротору (208).
11. Актуатор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий датчик (204) положения поршня.
12. Актуатор по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором проход расположен на оси, совпадающей с осью линейного перемещения поршня.
13. Исполнительная система, содержащая по меньшей мере один линейный актуатор (200), выполненный в соответствии с любым из предыдущих пунктов, контроллер и по меньшей мере один источник питания и предназначенная для перемещения по меньшей мере одного поршня из указанного второго положения в первое при низком энергопотреблении.
14. Система по п. 13, в которой источник питания является внешним источником питания и/или аккумуляторным средством, пригодным для использования системой, когда внешний источник питания не функционирует или недостаточен.
15. Клапанная система, приводимая в действие актуатором, выполненным в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-12.
