Способ фиксации костных отломков при эндопротезировании чрезвертельных переломов бедренной кости, включающий установку проволочной петли вокруг большого и малого вертелов бедренной кости, отличающийся тем, что проволочный серкляж проводят через большой вертел бедренной кости трансоссально, а малый вертел одновременно фиксируют проволочной 8-образной петлей и компрессируют к диафизу бедренной кости.
