Abstract

Способ возмещения остеомиелитической полости метадиафизарной области большеберцовой кости, включающий резекцию суставного конца малоберцовой кости и введение сформированного аутотрансплантата в полость большеберцовой, а также фиксацию берцовых костей с помощью компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют дополнительную остеотомию малоберцовой кости и дозированно перемещают сформированный фрагмент в дефекте ее суставного конца до его замещения и восстановления анатомических контуров зоны соответствующего межберцового синдесмоза, причем формирующийся в ходе замещения дефекта костный регенерат приводят в положение контакта с выступающим из полости концом аутотрансплантата.
