Способ получения биомодифицированного коллагенового препарата, содержащего фрагменты коллагеновых волокон, из говяжьих субпродуктов I и II категорий, предусматривающий измельчение сырья на волчке, с диаметром отверстий решетки 5-6 мм, и его обработку для разрыхления структуры, отличающийся тем, что обработку проводят водным раствором ферментного препарата коллагеназы из гепатопанкреаса камчатского краба концентрацией 0,01-0,05% в течение 2 ч при температуре 12-17°С при соотношении коллагенсодержащее сырье:раствор соответственно 1:2, при периодическом перемешивании.
