Способ эксплуатации противоточной ионообменной системы, включающей множество вертикально выровненных колонн с насадочным слоем ионообменной смолы, включающих в себя:верхнюю по потоку колонну с насадочным слоем катионообменной смолы инижнюю по потоку колонну с насадочным слоем анионообменной смолы, находящуюся в сообщении по текучей среде с верхней по потоку колонной, при этом в обеих колоннах имеется верхнее и нижнее отверстие для входа и выхода текучей среды,при этом данный способ включает следующие стадии:i) ввода подаваемой жидкости в верхнее отверстие верхней по потоку колонны так, чтобы подаваемая жидкость протекала вниз через колонну и выходила через нижнее отверстие, после чего перетекала в нижнее отверстие нижней по потоку колонны и перемещалась вверх для выхода через верхнее отверстие,ii) прерывания ввода подаваемой жидкости,iii) ввода первого регенерата в верхнее отверстие нижней по потоку колонны так, чтобы регенерат протекал вниз через колонну и выходил через нижнее отверстие, и ввода второго регенерата в нижнее отверстие верхней по потоку колонны так, чтобы регенерат протекал вверх через колонну и выходил через верхнее отверстие, иiv) повторение стадий с i) по iii);при этом в верхней по потоку колонне имеется верхняя камера со слабокислой катионообменной смолой и нижняя камера с сильнокислой катионообменной смолой,и в нижней по потоку колонне имеется верхняя камера с сильноосновной анионообменной смолой и нижняя камера со слабоосновной анионообменной смолой.A method of operating a countercurrent ion-exchange system comprising a plurality of vertically aligned columns with a packed layer of ion-exchange resin, including: an upstream column with a packed layer of cation-exchange resin, an upstream column with a packed layer of anion-exchange resin in fluid communication with the upstream the column, while in both columns there is an upper and lower hole for the inlet and outlet of the fluid, this method includes the following stages: i) introducing the supplied liquid and into the upper hole of the upstream column so that the feed fluid flows down through the column and exits through the lower hole, then flows into the lower hole of the downstream column and moves upward to exit through the upper hole, ii) interrupt the fluid intake, iii ) introducing the first regenerate into the upper opening of the downstream column so that the regenerate flows down through the column and exiting through the lower opening, and introducing the second regenerate into the lower opening of the upstream column so that the regenerate flowed upward through the column and exited through the upper opening, and iv) repeating steps i) to iii); in this case, the upper chamber with the weakly acidic cation exchange resin and the lower chamber with the strongly acidic cation exchange resin, and in the lower stream the column has an upper chamber with a strongly basic anion-exchange resin and a lower chamber with a weakly basic anion-exchange resin.
