Abstract

A testbench for hydro-cylinder testing that includes two hydro-cylinders, hydro-pump, tank with hydro-fluid, two distributors and two reduction valves. The rods of hydro-cylinders are rigidly connected to each other, and to hydro-cylinders with pressure main a controlled hydro-pump is connected, this is fed from tank with hydro-liquid, at that the drive of the controlled hydro-pump is performed with electric motor output branch pipe of which is connected to pressure main, through filter and check valve, after that the pressure main is divided into two pressure flows: the left pressure flow and the right pressure flow, left pressure flow through the valve and two-position two-line distributor is connected to the piston cavity of the right hydro-cylinder. In parallel to that cavity, on pressure flow, in sequence throttle and manometer are installed, and the right pressure flow in sequence includes a valve, two-position two-line distributor and flow divider, at the outlet this has two pressure flows: the right and the left ones, the right pressure flow is connected to the rod cavity of the right hydro-cylinder. In parallel to the rod cavity of the right hydro-cylinder in sequence throttle and manometer are connected, and the left pressure flow to the rod cavity of the left hydro-cylinder, in parallel to that throttle and manometer are installed, besides that the piston cavity of the left hydro-cylinder through two-line two-position distributor is connected to the tank with hydro-liquid, and the piston cavity of the right hydro-cylinder is connected to the tank with hydro-liquid through flow adder and two-line two-position distributor, at that to the rod cavity of the right hydro-cylinder in parallel safety valve is connected, and between the check valve and the gate valve, on pressure main, in parallel as well, safety valve is installed.
