Abstract
1. Клапан системы (2) подачи топлива для двигателя (16) внутреннего сгорания, содержащий средство (26) удержания шарика, имеющее полость (28) для размещения шарика (22), при этом шарик (22) имеет первую поверхность (30) уплотнения, предназначенную для взаимодействия с гнездом (32) и плотного примыкания к нему, отличающийся тем, что средство (26) удержания шарика имеет поверхность (34) вторичного уплотнения, предназначенную для взаимодействия с гнездом (32) и плотного примыкания к нему, когда шарик (22) не находится в средстве (26) удержания шарика.2. Клапан по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) изготовлен из твердого и хрупкого материала.3. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) изготовлен из керамического материала, каменного материала, стального материала или полимера.4. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) имеет сферическую форму.5. Клапан по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что диаметр шарика (22) составляет 0,5-2 мм.6. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полость (28) имеет сферическую куполообразную форму.7. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полость (28) имеет коническую форму.8. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (34) вторичного уплотнения средства (26) удержания шарика имеет круглую форму.9. Клапан по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (30) первичного уплотнения меньше поверхности (34) вторичного уплотнения.10. Клапан по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (30) первичного уплотнения приблизительно на 10% меньше поверхности (34) вторичного уплотнения.11. Клапан по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что клапан (4, 4΄) расположен в аккумуляторной топливной системе высокого давления.12. Claims (17)
1. Клапан системы (2) подачи топлива для двигателя (16) внутреннего сгорания, содержащий средство (26) удержания шарика, имеющее полость (28) для размещения шарика (22), при этом шарик (22) имеет первую поверхность (30) уплотнения, предназначенную для взаимодействия с гнездом (32) и плотного примыкания к нему, отличающийся тем, что средство (26) удержания шарика имеет поверхность (34) вторичного уплотнения, предназначенную для взаимодействия с гнездом (32) и плотного примыкания к нему, когда шарик (22) не находится в средстве (26) удержания шарика.
2. Клапан по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) изготовлен из твердого и хрупкого материала.
3. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) изготовлен из керамического материала, каменного материала, стального материала или полимера.
4. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что шарик (22) имеет сферическую форму.
5. Клапан по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что диаметр шарика (22) составляет 0,5-2 мм.
6. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полость (28) имеет сферическую куполообразную форму.
7. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что полость (28) имеет коническую форму.
8. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (34) вторичного уплотнения средства (26) удержания шарика имеет круглую форму.
9. Клапан по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (30) первичного уплотнения меньше поверхности (34) вторичного уплотнения.
10. Клапан по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (30) первичного уплотнения приблизительно на 10% меньше поверхности (34) вторичного уплотнения.
11. Клапан по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что клапан (4, 4΄) расположен в аккумуляторной топливной системе высокого давления.
12. Клапан по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что клапан (4,
4΄) расположен в топливном инжекторе (14).
13. Клапан по п. 1 или 11, отличающийся тем, что клапан (4, 4΄) имеет форму предохранительного клапана.
14. Клапан по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что клапан расположен между насосом (12) высокого давления и по меньшей мере одним топливным инжектором (14).
15. Способ управления системой (2) подачи топлива для двигателя (16) внутреннего сгорания, содержащей средство (26) удержания шарика, имеющее полостью (28) для размещения шарика (22), при этом шарик (22) имеет первую поверхность (30) уплотнения, предназначенную для взаимодействия с гнездом (32) и плотного примыкания к нему, отличающийся тем, что:
- выявляют отказ, возникший в клапане (4, 4΄),
- снижают давление топлива, производимое насосом (12) высокого давления, до уровня ниже давления в уплотнении, обеспечиваемого прилеганием средства (26) удержания шарика к гнезду (32).
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что при указанном выявлении:
измеряют температуру отработавших газов окислительного нейтрализатора (5) в системе (3) доочистки отработавших газов,
измеряют увеличение числа оборотов двигателя, например, посредством измерения ускорения его маховика (7) при каждом зажигании цилиндра, и/или
измеряют сигнал от насоса (12) высокого давления к блоку (9) управления.
17. Способ по п. 15 или 16, отличающийся тем, что
управляют двигателем (16) внутреннего сгорания так, чтобы он работал при давлении топлива, сниженном насосом (12) высокого давления.
