Abstract
1. Способ огневой очистки технологического оборудования от полимерных отложений и эмульсионных каучуков, включающий безокислительный нагрев и возгонку отложений в реакторе продуктами сгорания природного газа и пирогаза с дальнейшим сжиганием пирогаза перед выбросом в атмосферу закрученным потоком в циклонной топке при коэффициенте расхода воздуха α≤1, частичный отбор продуктов сгорания из циклонной топки в реактор на нагрев оборудования и сброс избыточного количества теплоносителя в дымовую трубу, отличающийся тем, что предусматривает предварительную стадию термического разложения высокомолекулярных полиароматических углеводородов (ПАУ), главным из которых является бенз(а)пирен, на низкомолекулярные факелом скоростной горелки с температурой 1700÷2000°С в форкамере циклонной топки, нагрев оборудования в реакторе осуществляют высокоскоростным потоком теплоносителя по схеме сверху вниз с помощью циркуляционного контура, а в сбрасываемый теплоноситель, имеющий температуру перед рекуператором 900÷1100°С, вводят дополнительный воздух.2.
