Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest piec, wykorzystujacy generator mikrofalowy o przeprowadzenia procesu zgazowywania wszelkich paliw oraz substancji ulegajacych zgazowaniu, jak równiez odgazowaniu. Piec mikrofalowy, poprzez wlasciwosci mikrofal, pozwala na przeprowadzanie spalania calkowicie beztlenowego lub z zastosowaniem malych ilosci tlenu lub innych gazów w zaleznosci od wlasciwosci i potrzeb produktu koncowego. Dzieki malym wymiarom pozwala na przeprowadzanie pirolizy, oraz efektywny odzysk ciepla. Poprzez zastosowanie komory pary wodnej (5) pozwala na zgazowywanie koksu i otrzymywanie wysokiej jakosci gazu koksowniczego. Piec mozna równiez wykorzystac jako system zasilania alternatywnym paliwem silników spalinowych (gaz koksowniczy). Wprowadzenie pary wodnej w celu zgazowania np. koksu, odbywa sie automatycznie.The subject of the invention is an oven using a microwave generator to carry out the gasification process of all fuels and substances being gasified as well as degassing. The microwave oven, through the properties of microwaves, allows you to carry out completely anaerobic combustion or using small amounts of oxygen or other gases depending on the properties and needs of the final product. Thanks to its small dimensions, it allows for pyrolysis and effective heat recovery. By using the steam chamber (5) it allows gasification of coke and obtaining high quality coke oven gas. The furnace can also be used as an alternative fuel supply system for internal combustion engines (coke oven gas). The introduction of steam for gasification, e.g. coke, is automatic.
