Abstract
1. Способ восстановления связки или сухожилия у субъекта, включающий:- наложение лоскута на указанную связку или сухожилие, гделоскут является гибким и биологически совместимым и включает:- опорный слой, содержащий коллаген, и- матриксный слой, содержащий коллаген и гиалуроновую кислоту.2. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой представляет собой слой из коллагенового листа.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где опорный слой содержит свиную, бычью или лошадиную перикардиальную мембрану или свиную расщепленную кожу.4. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой является проницаемым для клеток.5. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой содержит слой высушенной свиной расщепленной кожи.6. Способ по п. 1, где матриксный слой является пористым коллагеновым слоем.7. Способ по п. 6, где матриксный слой содержит матрикс из коллагеновых волокон.8. Способ по п. 1, где коллаген матриксного слоя содержит коллаген свиного, лошадиного, бычьего или растительного происхождения.9. Способ по п. 1, где гиалуроновая кислота матриксного слоя содержит природную нечеловеческую гиалуроновую кислоту.10. Claims (23)
1. Способ восстановления связки или сухожилия у субъекта, включающий:
- наложение лоскута на указанную связку или сухожилие, где
лоскут является гибким и биологически совместимым и включает:
- опорный слой, содержащий коллаген, и
- матриксный слой, содержащий коллаген и гиалуроновую кислоту.
2. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой представляет собой слой из коллагенового листа.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где опорный слой содержит свиную, бычью или лошадиную перикардиальную мембрану или свиную расщепленную кожу.
4. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой является проницаемым для клеток.
5. Способ по п. 1, где опорный слой содержит слой высушенной свиной расщепленной кожи.
6. Способ по п. 1, где матриксный слой является пористым коллагеновым слоем.
7. Способ по п. 6, где матриксный слой содержит матрикс из коллагеновых волокон.
8. Способ по п. 1, где коллаген матриксного слоя содержит коллаген свиного, лошадиного, бычьего или растительного происхождения.
9. Способ по п. 1, где гиалуроновая кислота матриксного слоя содержит природную нечеловеческую гиалуроновую кислоту.
10. Способ по п. 9, где природная гиалуроновая кислота матриксного слоя содержит природную нечеловеческую гиалуроновую кислоту, полученную путем бактериальной ферментации.
11. Способ по п. 1, где матрикс содержит гиалуроновую кислоту в виде волокон, порошка, геля или кремовой суспензии.
12. Способ по п. 1, где матриксный слой является пористой коллагеновой составной прокладкой с распределенными в ней коллагеновыми волокнами и природной гиалуроновой кислотой, диспергированной в свободном пространстве коллагеновых волокон.
13. Способ по п. 1, где матриксный слой также содержит одно или более чем одно соединение, выбранное среди анальгетиков, противовоспалительных агентов, антибиотиков и агентов, способствующих регенерации связки и/или сухожилия.
14. Способ по п. 13, где агенты, способствующие регенерации связки и/или сухожилия, выбраны из группы, состоящей из: факторов роста, диацереина, реина, хитозана и его производных, богатой тромбоцитами плазмы (PRP) и полимолочной кислоты.
15. Способ по п. 1, где лоскут также содержит третий слой, который расположен на матриксном слое таким образом, что матриксный слой размещается между опорным слоем и третьим слоем.
16. Способ по п. 15, где третий слой представляет собой слой из коллагенового листа.
17. Способ по п. 15 или 16, где третий слой содержит свиную, бычью или лошадиную перикардиальную мембрану или свиную расщепленную кожу.
18. Способ по п. 15, где третий слой является проницаемым для клеток.
19. Способ по п. 15, где третий слой содержит слой свиной расщепленной кожи.
20. Способ по п. 1 или 15, где лоскут имеет толщину 0,5-2 мм.
21. Способ по п. 1, где связка или сухожилие выбрано из группы связок, соединенных с головой, шеей, позвоночником, грудной клеткой, тазом, связок в верхних и нижних конечностях, например плече, локте, запястье, кисти, бедре, колене, стопе и голеностопном суставе, и из группы сухожилий в верхних и нижних конечностях, в плече, локте, кисти, бедре, колене, стопе и голеностопном суставе.

а) связка выбрана из группы, состоящей из перстнещитовидной связки, периодонтальной связки, поддерживающей связки хрусталика, поддерживающей связки молочной железы, передней подвздошной связки, задней подвздошной связки, крестцово-бугорной связки, крестцово-остистой связки, нижней лобковой связки, верхней лобковой связки, поддерживающей связки полового члена, ладонной лучезапястной связки, дорсальной лучезапястной связки, локтевой коллатеральной связки, радиальной коллатеральной связки, акромиально-ключичной связки, клювовидно-ключичной связки, крестообразной связки, передней крестообразной связки (ACL), боковой коллатеральной связки (LCL), задней крестообразной связки (PCL), медиальной коллатеральной связки (MCL) и связки коленной чашечки; или
б) сухожилие выбрано из группы, состоящей из сухожилий, соединенных с нижними и верхними конечностями, сухожилий в грудной и брюшной области, сухожилий позвоночника, включая голову и шею, сухожилий в области бедра и таза, колена, стопы и голеностопного сустава, сухожилия четырехглавой мышцы и сухожилия надколенника, большеберцового переднего и заднего сухожилий, перонеальных сухожилий, ахиллова сухожилия, сухожилий разгибателей, сгибателей, абдукторов и аддукторов стопы и пальцев ног, сухожилий в плече, локте и кисти, сухожилий вращательной манжеты плеча, подлопаточного сухожилия, сухожилия дельтовидной и большой грудной мышцы, сухожилия двуглавой мышц плеча, сухожилия трехглавой мышцы плеча, сухожилий разгибателей, сгибателей, абдукторов и аддукторов кисти и пальцев рук.
23. Способ по п. 1, где пациент страдает от нарушения, затрагивающего связку или сухожилие, включая воспаление, аутоиммунное заболевание, инфекцию, напряжение, деформацию, разрыв, растяжение, выкручивание, перенапряжение или разрыв связки или сухожилия.
