Abstract

1. Устройство для микроструктурированной прививки нескольких белков на подложке, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит подложку (7), пленку, матрицу, источник света (9), оптическую систему, первый резервуар (1), предназначенный для вмещения первого водного раствора, второй резервуар (2), предназначенный для вмещения второго водного раствора, и микрожидкостной контур, пленка расположена на подложке, источник выполнен с возможностью освещения матрицы светом, матрица выполнена с возможностью распространять свет в соответствии с первым структурированным рисунком, матрица содержит оптические средства для замены первого структурированного рисунка вторым структурированным рисунком, оптическая система выполнена с возможностью сформировать на пленке первое микроструктурированное изображение первого рисунка, контур выполнен с возможностью содержания первого водного раствора, контур имеет отверстие, выполненное с возможностью приводить в контакт первый раствор с пленкой на уровне отверстия, контур содержит микрожидкостные средства для замены первого раствора вторым раствором, и пленка содержит полиэтиленгликоль.2. Claims (10)

1. Устройство для микроструктурированной прививки нескольких белков на подложке, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит подложку (7), пленку, матрицу, источник света (9), оптическую систему, первый резервуар (1), предназначенный для вмещения первого водного раствора, второй резервуар (2), предназначенный для вмещения второго водного раствора, и микрожидкостной контур, пленка расположена на подложке, источник выполнен с возможностью освещения матрицы светом, матрица выполнена с возможностью распространять свет в соответствии с первым структурированным рисунком, матрица содержит оптические средства для замены первого структурированного рисунка вторым структурированным рисунком, оптическая система выполнена с возможностью сформировать на пленке первое микроструктурированное изображение первого рисунка, контур выполнен с возможностью содержания первого водного раствора, контур имеет отверстие, выполненное с возможностью приводить в контакт первый раствор с пленкой на уровне отверстия, контур содержит микрожидкостные средства для замены первого раствора вторым раствором, и пленка содержит полиэтиленгликоль.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная матрица является матрицей (10) микрозеркал, распространяющей свет путем отражения.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная оптическая система является объективом (11) микроскопа.
4. Устройство по п. 2, в котором указанная оптическая система является объективом (11) микроскопа.
5. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором указанный источник является лазером, излучающим на длине УФ волны.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором указанная длина УФ волны равна 365 нм.
7. Способ микроструктурированной прививки белков на подложке, использующий устройство по п. 1 и включающий следующие этапы:
- наполняют первый резервуар первым водным раствором, содержащим бензофенон и первый белок,
- наполняют указанный микрожидкостной контур указанным первым водным раствором, чтобы привести в контакт первый раствор и указанную пленку на уровне указанного отверстия, и
- формируют на пленке с помощью указанного света указанное первое микроструктурированное изображение указанного первого структурированного рисунка, чтобы произвести фотопечать указанного первого белка на пленке.
8. Способ по п. 7, причем указанный первый белок является флуоресцентным.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 7 и 8, включающий следующие этапы:
- наполняют второй резервуар вторым водным раствором, содержащим бензофенон и второй белок,
- заменяют указанный первый водный раствор указанным вторым водным раствором, чтобы привести в контакт второй раствор и указанную пленку на уровне указанного отверстия, и
- заменяют указанный первый структурированный рисунок указанным вторым структурированным рисунком для осуществления
фотопечати указанного второго белка на пленке.
10. Способ по п. 9, причем указанный второй белок является флуоресцентным.
