Abstract
1. Способ очистки раствора фосфорной кислоты, включающий стадию фильтрации фосфорной кислоты через мембрану нанофильтрации, в котором мембрана нанофильтрации представляет собой органическую мембрану нанофильтрации, на которой адсорбирован, по меньшей мере, один водорастворимый полимер, включающий, по меньшей мере, одну функциональную аминогруппу, одну функциональную ароматическую аминогруппу, одну функциональную группу кислоты и/или одну спиртовую функциональную группу.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором молекулярная масса указанного, по меньшей мере, одного адсорбированного водорастворимого полимера составляет 100-40000 г/моль.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором концентрация фосфорной кислоты в очищаемом растворе составляет 10-45% РО, предпочтительно 25-30% РО.4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, который включает стадию обработки раствора фосфорной кислоты для удаления из него твердых и органических веществ, выполняемую до первой стадии фильтрации.5. Способ по п. 4, в котором после указанной обработки содержание твердых веществ в растворе фосфорной кислоты составляет менее 1%, предпочтительно менее или равно 0,7% и содержание органического углерода менее 1000 ч/млн, предпочтительно менее или равно 300 ч/млн.6. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором порог отсечки указанной мембраны составляет 150-1000 г/моль.7. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором органическая мембрана нанофильтрации представляет собой мембрану из полиэфирсульфона или полиамида/полисульфона, положительно заряженную в кислой среде.8. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором водорастворимый полимер выбран из одного из следующих полимеров: полиэтиленимина (PEI), полиакриловой кислоты (РАА), поливинилового спирта (PVA) и поли(винил-4-пиридина) (PV4P).9. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nanofiltration organic membrane is a polyethersulfone or polyamide / polysulfone membrane positively charged in an acidic medium.
