Abstract
1. Неводная жидкая композиция для нанесения покрытия, содержащая:a) полиол,b) полиизоцианатный отвердитель,c) одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений,d) металлосодержащий катализатор отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп,e) основание, имеющее величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующее с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности, иf) одно или несколько содержащих кислотные группы соединений,где одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений содержится в количестве, обеспечивающем молярное отношение тиольных групп к атомам металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения, составляющее 1 или выше, и где основание содержится в молярном количестве, меньшем, чем молярное количество тиольных групп, и где молярное отношение кислотных групп и групп основания составляет 1:1 или выше.2. Композиция для нанесения покрытия по п. 1, где основание содержится в молярное количестве, равном или превышающем молярное количество атомов металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения.3. Композиция для нанесения покрытия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция для нанесения покрытия является композицией для нанесения прозрачного слоя.4. Способ получения композиции для нанесения покрытия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, включающий смешивание полиола, одного или нескольких тиолсодержащих соединений, металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп, и основания, имеющего величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующего с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности, и одного ил
Claims (8)
1. Неводная жидкая композиция для нанесения покрытия, содержащая:
a) полиол,
b) полиизоцианатный отвердитель,
c) одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений,
d) металлосодержащий катализатор отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп,
e) основание, имеющее величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующее с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности, и
f) одно или несколько содержащих кислотные группы соединений,
где одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений содержится в количестве, обеспечивающем молярное отношение тиольных групп к атомам металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения, составляющее 1 или выше, и где основание содержится в молярном количестве, меньшем, чем молярное количество тиольных групп, и где молярное отношение кислотных групп и групп основания составляет 1:1 или выше.
2. Композиция для нанесения покрытия по п. 1, где основание содержится в молярное количестве, равном или превышающем молярное количество атомов металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения.
3. Композиция для нанесения покрытия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиция для нанесения покрытия является композицией для нанесения прозрачного слоя.
4. Способ получения композиции для нанесения покрытия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, включающий смешивание полиола, одного или нескольких тиолсодержащих соединений, металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп, и основания, имеющего величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующего с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности, и одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих кислотные группы, с образованием модуля связующего, и смешивание модуля связующего с полиизоцианатом, где одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений содержится в количестве, обеспечивающем молярное отношение тиольных групп к атомам металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения, составляющее 1 или выше, и где основание содержится в молярном количестве ниже, чем молярное количество тиольных групп, и где молярное отношение кислотных групп и групп основания составляет 1:1 или выше.
5. Набор для получения композиции для нанесения покрытий по любому из пп. 1-3, включающий:
i) модуль связующего, содержащий полиол, одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений, металлосодержащий катализатор отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп, основание, имеющее величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующее с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности, и одно или несколько соединений, содержащих кислотные группы, и
ii) модуль отвердителя, содержащий полиизоцианатный отвердитель, где одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений содержится в количестве, обеспечивающем молярное отношение тиольных групп к атомам металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения, составляющее 1 или выше, и где основание содержится в молярном количестве ниже молярного количества тиольных групп, и где молярное отношение кислотных групп и групп основания составляет 1:1 или выше.
6. Набор для получения композиции для нанесения покрытия по одному из предшествующих пп. 1-3, включающий:
i) модуль связующего, содержащий полиол и основание, имеющее величину pKa по меньшей мере 7 и не взаимодействующее с изоцианатными группами со снижением основности,
ii) модуль отвердителя, содержащий полиизоцианатный отвердитель, и
iii) модуль разбавителя, содержащий летучий органический разбавитель, металлосодержащий катализатор отверждения для ускорения реакции присоединения изоцианатных групп и гидроксильных групп и одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений, где одно или несколько тиолсодержащих соединений содержится в количестве, обеспечивающем молярное отношение тиольных групп к атомам металла металлосодержащего катализатора отверждения, составляющее 1 или выше,
и где основание содержится в молярном количестве меньше молярного количества тиольных групп, и где по меньшей мере один из модулей содержит соединение, содержащее кислотные группы, и где молярное отношение кислотных групп и групп основания составляет 1:1 или выше.
7. Способ получения покрытия для по меньшей мере части внешней поверхности транспортного средства, где способ включает стадии нанесения жидкой композиции для покрытия по любому из предшествующих пп. 1-3 на по меньшей мере часть внешней поверхности транспортного средства, и отверждение нанесенной композиции для покрытия в температурном интервале от 5 до 80°C.
8. Способ по п. 7, где жидкую композицию для покрытия наносят в виде прозрачного слоя сверху пигментированного базового покрытия.
