1. Волокнистый элемент, содержащий полимер с гидроксильной группой и полимер без гидроксильной группы, при этом полимер без гидроксильной группы характеризуется средневесовой молекулярной массой более чем 1400000 г/моль.
2. Волокнистый элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимер без гидроксильной группы характеризуется полидисперсностью более чем 1,10.
3. Волокнистый элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимер без гидроксильной группы находится в концентрации, превышающей его концентрацию спутывания (Се).
4. Волокнистый элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимер без гидроксильной группы включает линейный полимер.
5. Волокнистый элемент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимер без гидроксильной группы включает длинноцепочечный разветвленный полимер.

Волокнистый элемент по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что полисахарид выбран из группы, состоящей из: крахмала, производных крахмала, сополимеров крахмала, хитозана, производных хитозана, сополимеров хитозана, целлюлозы, производных целлюлозы, сополимеров целлюлозы, гемицеллюлоз, производных гемицеллюлоз, сополимеров гемицеллюлоз и их смесей.

16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что композиция расплава полимера дополнительно содержит агент поперечной сшивки, способный поперечно сшивать полимер с гидроксильной группой.
17. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что композиция расплава полимера дополнительно содержит воду.
18. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно включает стадию, на которой собирают множество волокнистых элементов на устройстве для сбора с образованием волокнистой структуры.
19. Волокнистый элемент, содержащий полимер с гидроксильной группой и полимер без гидроксильной группы, при этом полимер без гидроксильной группы характеризуется полидисперсностью, по меньшей мере, 1,32.
20. Волокнистый элемент по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что полимер без гидроксильной группы включает полиакриламид.
