Abstract
1. Способ производства раствора хлористого кальция, включающий в себя стадии взаимодействия кальцийсодержащего сырья с соляной кислотой, отстаивание и отделения осветленного раствора хлористого кальция, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения выхода продукта, повышения производительности процесса, значительного снижения загрязненных сточных вод, предлагается следующее: осветление раствора хлористого кальция осуществлять в сгустителе с применением раствора флокулянта с последующим фильтрованием сгущенного шлама.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что для осветления раствора хлористого кальция используется сгуститель с применением раствора флокулянта с дозировкой 0,0004-0,001% от веса раствора хлористого кальция.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что фильтрация сгущенного шлама осуществляется на пресс-фильтре с подачей сгущенного шлама хлористого кальция и раствора флокулянта 0,0004-0,001% от веса сгущенного шлама хлористого кальция.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что абгазы производства хлористого кальция направляются на систему газоочистки, состоящую из Скрубберов Вентури и пеногасителя.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что выход продукта с применением пресс-фильтра увеличивается на 10-25% и соответственно уменьшается на эту величину количество отходов.1.
