Abstract
Пучковый монитор для измерения интенсивности пучка частиц и его пространственного распределения, представляющий набор из сигнальных и высоковольтных электродов, расположенных перпендикулярно падающим частицам, отличающееся тем, что сигнальные электроды с фиксирующими опорными колонками отделены газовым зазором около 100 мкм при атмосферном давлении; между электродами подается напряжение, под влиянием которого электроны ионизации собираются на сигнальном электроде.A beam monitor for measuring the intensity of a particle beam and its spatial distribution, representing a set of signal and high voltage electrodes located perpendicular to the incident particles, characterized in that the signal electrodes with fixing support columns are separated by a gas gap of about 100 μm at atmospheric pressure; voltage is applied between the electrodes, under the influence of which ionization electrons are collected on the signal electrode.
