Abstract
Способ ранней диагностики эндогенной интоксикации путем расчета раннего интегрального индекса интоксикации (РИИ), отличающийся тем, что, с целью ранней диагностики, используются результаты определения биохимических показателей синдрома эндогенной интоксикации (СЭИ) (высокочувствительного C-реактивного белка, гомоцистеина, цистатина С), отражающих различные звенья его патогенеза, и позволяющий выявить СЭИ у практически здоровых людей, доноров и пациентов на донозологическом этапе различных заболеваний.A method for early diagnosis of endogenous intoxication by calculating the early integral index of intoxication (RII), characterized in that, for the purpose of early diagnosis, the results of determining the biochemical parameters of endogenous intoxication syndrome (SEI) (highly sensitive C-reactive protein, homocysteine, cystatin C) are used, which reflect various links of its pathogenesis, and allowing identifying SEI in practically healthy people, donors and patients at the prenosological stage of various diseases.
