Abstract
1. Способ приготовления катализированного фильтра с проточной фильтрующей стенкой, который включает в себя следующие этапы:а) обеспечение корпуса фильтра с проточной фильтрующей стенкой со множеством продольных впускных проточных каналов и выпускных проточных каналов, разделенных газопроницаемыми пористыми перегородками;б) нанесение пористого оксидного покрытия катализатора, содержащего композицию первого катализатора, который является активным при реакции оксидов азота с оксидом углерода и водородом с получением аммиака, и композицию второго катализатора, который является активным при селективном восстановлении оксидов азота посредством реакции с аммиаком с получением азота, при этом композиция первого катализатора имеет модальный размер частиц меньше, чем средний диаметр пор пористых перегородок, и композиция второго катализатора имеет модальный размер частиц больше, чем средний диаметр пор пористых перегородок;в) нанесение на корпус фильтра пористого оксидного покрытия катализатора посредством введения пористого оксидного покрытия через выпускной конец выпускных каналов; иг) сушка и термическая обработка корпуса фильтра с нанесенным покрытием с целью получения катализированного фильтра твердых частиц.2. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор, являющийся активным при конверсии оксидов азота в аммиак, включает палладий, платину, смесь палладия и родия, и смесь палладия, платины и родия.3. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор, являющийся активным при конверсии оксидов азота в аммиак, состоит из палладия.4. Claims (6)
1. Способ приготовления катализированного фильтра с проточной фильтрующей стенкой, который включает в себя следующие этапы:
а) обеспечение корпуса фильтра с проточной фильтрующей стенкой со множеством продольных впускных проточных каналов и выпускных проточных каналов, разделенных газопроницаемыми пористыми перегородками;
б) нанесение пористого оксидного покрытия катализатора, содержащего композицию первого катализатора, который является активным при реакции оксидов азота с оксидом углерода и водородом с получением аммиака, и композицию второго катализатора, который является активным при селективном восстановлении оксидов азота посредством реакции с аммиаком с получением азота, при этом композиция первого катализатора имеет модальный размер частиц меньше, чем средний диаметр пор пористых перегородок, и композиция второго катализатора имеет модальный размер частиц больше, чем средний диаметр пор пористых перегородок;
в) нанесение на корпус фильтра пористого оксидного покрытия катализатора посредством введения пористого оксидного покрытия через выпускной конец выпускных каналов; и
г) сушка и термическая обработка корпуса фильтра с нанесенным покрытием с целью получения катализированного фильтра твердых частиц.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор, являющийся активным при конверсии оксидов азота в аммиак, включает палладий, платину, смесь палладия и родия, и смесь палладия, платины и родия.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор, являющийся активным при конверсии оксидов азота в аммиак, состоит из палладия.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор, являющийся активным при селективном восстановлении оксидов азота, включает в себя, по крайней мере, один из катализаторов на основе цеолита, двуокиси кремния и фосфата алюминия, ионообменного цеолита, двуокиси кремния и фосфата алюминия, промотированного железом и/или медью, и одного или более оксидов основного металла.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, дополнительно включающий этапы: нанесения второго пористого оксидного покрытия, содержащего композицию катализатора, который является активным при окислении аммиака; и нанесение на часть выпускных каналов в зоне выпускного конца второго пористого оксидного покрытия.
6. Катализированный фильтр с проточной фильтрующей стенкой, приготовленный в соответствии с любым из пп.1-5.
