Abstract

1. Система для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в крови из образца крови, содержащая:одноразовый корпус, имеющий прокалывающий кожу элемент, выполненный с возможностью прокалывания кожи пользователя в области прокола для обеспечения скапливания крови на поверхности области прокола, и измерительный элемент; имногоразовый корпус, имеющий по меньшей мере один механический привод;при этом при соединении указанного многоразового корпуса с указанным одноразовым корпусом:указанный по меньшей мере один механический привод выполнен с возможностью манипулирования указанным единственным прокалывающим кожу элементом для прокалывания кожи в области прокола после активации этого привода; иуказанный измерительный элемент выполнен с возможностью сбора по меньшей мере части крови, которая скапливается на поверхности указанной области прокола в течение заранее заданного времени после прокалывания, и для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в собранной крови.2. Система по п. 1, в которой многоразовый корпус содержит приемопередатчик, выполненный с возможностью передачи результата указанного измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества удаленному устройству.3. Система по п. 1, в которой упомянутое заранее заданное время определяется путем измерения количества скопившейся крови вблизи области прокола.4. Claims (20)

1. Система для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в крови из образца крови, содержащая:
одноразовый корпус, имеющий прокалывающий кожу элемент, выполненный с возможностью прокалывания кожи пользователя в области прокола для обеспечения скапливания крови на поверхности области прокола, и измерительный элемент; и
многоразовый корпус, имеющий по меньшей мере один механический привод;
при этом при соединении указанного многоразового корпуса с указанным одноразовым корпусом:
указанный по меньшей мере один механический привод выполнен с возможностью манипулирования указанным единственным прокалывающим кожу элементом для прокалывания кожи в области прокола после активации этого привода; и
указанный измерительный элемент выполнен с возможностью сбора по меньшей мере части крови, которая скапливается на поверхности указанной области прокола в течение заранее заданного времени после прокалывания, и для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в собранной крови.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой многоразовый корпус содержит приемопередатчик, выполненный с возможностью передачи результата указанного измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества удаленному устройству.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой упомянутое заранее заданное время определяется путем измерения количества скопившейся крови вблизи области прокола.
4. Система по п. 3, в которой одноразовый корпус содержит оптический элемент для измерения количества скопившейся крови вблизи области прокола.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой одноразовый корпус и/или многоразовый корпус дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один элемент терапии ткани для улучшения взятия образца крови, причем указанный элемент терапии выбран из группы, состоящей из: электрической энергии, ультразвуковой энергии, оптической энергии, звуковой энергии, сосудорасширяющего лекарственного средства, приложенного нагрева, массажа и механической энергии.
6. Система по п. 1, которая дополнительно содержит удаленное устройство.
7. Система по п. 6, в которой указанное удаленное устройство выполнено с возможностью управления более чем одной комбинацией указанных одноразового и многоразового корпусов.
8. Система по п. 6, в которой указанное удаленное устройство выполнено с возможностью передачи результатов указанного измерения второму удаленному устройству.
9. Система по п. 6, в которой указанное удаленное устройство представляет собой мобильный телефон.
10. Система по п. 6, в которой указанное удаленное устройство выполнено с возможностью подачи сигнала предупреждения при выходе результата указанного измерения из заданного диапазона.
11. Система по п. 1, в которой одноразовый корпус имеет форму цилиндра с отверстием, выполненным с возможностью помещения в него пальца пользователя.

определение концентрации анализируемого вещества в собранной крови.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором многоразовый корпус содержит приемопередатчик, выполненный с возможностью передачи результата указанного измерения концентрации удаленному устройству.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что он содержит передачу результата указанного измерения концентрации удаленному устройству.
15. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что он содержит измерение количества скопившейся крови вблизи области прокола.
16 Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что указанное измерение количества скопившейся крови выполняют посредством оптического элемента.
17. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что он содержит применение терапии к ткани вокруг области прокола с помощью по меньшей мере одного элемента терапии ткани для улучшения взятия образца крови.
18. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что он содержит обеспечение наличия удаленного устройства.
19. Способ по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что указанное удаленное устройство выполнено с возможностью передачи результата указанного измерения второму удаленному устройству.
20. Способ по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что он содержит подачу сигнала предупреждения при выходе результата указанного измерения из заданного диапазона.
