Abstract
1. Способ получения кормового пробиотического препарата для сельскохозяйственных животных, характеризующийся тем, что проводят приготовление фитоносителя путем смешивания 4-4,5 кг клетчаткового растительного субстрата с 1 л водопроводной воды, 150-160 г автолизата пекарских дрожжей, 2-3 г калия фосфорнокислово двузамещенного, 0,125-0,130 г магния сернокислого, 1,5-1,8 г мелассы и стерилизации носителя автоклавированием, в полученный фитоноситель вносят жидкую культуру Cellulomonas flavigena ВКПМ В-2559 и выдерживают при 45-47°С в течение 4-4,5 ч, а затем вносят жидкие культуры Bacilis subtilis ВКПМ В-8130 и Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis ВКПМ B-4591 в равных количествах, полученную смесь перемешивают, выдерживают при температуре 37-38°С в течение 48-50 ч и высушивают до влажности 8-10%.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что Cellulomonas flavigena ВКПМ В-2559 выращивают на среде, содержащей, мас.%: глюкозу 2,0-2,2, пептон 0,5-0,6, дрожжевой экстракт 0,3-0,4, калий фосфорнокислый двузамещенный, 0,1-0,12, калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный 0,05-0,055, магний сернокислый 0,02-0,022, измельченную солому 25-27, воду водопроводную - остальное.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis ВКПМ B-4591 выращивают на среде содержащей, мас.%: сахарозу 2,0-2,2, калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный 0,2-0,22, магний сернокислый 0,02-0,022, автолизат пекарских дрожжей 35-37 мг% по азоту аммония, воду водопроводную - остальное.5.
