Abstract
1. Препарат, обладающий антитоксической активностью и содержащий комплексное соединение производного метилурацила с органической кислотой, отличающийся тем, что в качестве производного метилурацила используют 5-гидрокси-6-метилурацил, а в качестве органической кислоты - аскорбиновую кислоту, препарат содержит комплексное соединение следующей формулы:в количестве 0,3-0,4 мас.%. и аскорбиновую кислоту - остальное.2. Способ получения препарата по п.1, с использованием взаимодействия производного метилурацила с органической кислотой в среде растворителя с последующим удалением растворителя из реакционной смеси и получением продукта, отличающийся тем, что в качестве производного метилурацила используют 5-гидрокси-6-метилурацил, органической кислоты - аскорбиновую, а растворителя - воду, исходные реагенты берут в мольном соотношении аскорбиновая кислота: 5-гидрокси-6-метилурацил равном 1:(0,0015-0,0022), взаимодействие проводят при температуре 20-40°C в течение 30-60 мин, а удаление растворителя проводят при пониженном давлении.1.
