Abstract
1. Компонент эндопротеза сустава с поверхностью скольжения (19, 24), предназначенной для того, чтобы вместе с сопряженной поверхностью скольжения (26) другого компонента протеза (11, 23), или костной контропорой сустава, или мягкой ткани образовывать подвижное соединение, отличающийся тем, что поверхность скольжения (19, 24) образована нанесенным на тело компонента протеза (10, 22) скользящим поверхностным покрытием (20) и тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) обладает антимикробным действием.2. Компонент протеза по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в покрытии скользящей поверхности (20) содержится серебро.3. Компонент протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) содержит нитрид, оксинитрид или оксид на основе тугоплавкого металла.4. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что тугоплавкий металл является титаном.5. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что серебро (21) в покрытии скользящей поверхности (20) составляет весовую долю от 2% до 15%, предпочтительно от 3% до 10%.6. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) имеет толщину от 0,5 мкм до 5 мкм.7. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) получено способом PVD.8. Компонент протеза по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средняя шероховатость Rповерхности скольжения (19, 24) меньше 0,05 мкм.9. Claims (9)
1. Компонент эндопротеза сустава с поверхностью скольжения (19, 24), предназначенной для того, чтобы вместе с сопряженной поверхностью скольжения (26) другого компонента протеза (11, 23), или костной контропорой сустава, или мягкой ткани образовывать подвижное соединение, отличающийся тем, что поверхность скольжения (19, 24) образована нанесенным на тело компонента протеза (10, 22) скользящим поверхностным покрытием (20) и тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) обладает антимикробным действием.
2. Компонент протеза по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в покрытии скользящей поверхности (20) содержится серебро.
3. Компонент протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) содержит нитрид, оксинитрид или оксид на основе тугоплавкого металла.
4. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что тугоплавкий металл является титаном.
5. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что серебро (21) в покрытии скользящей поверхности (20) составляет весовую долю от 2% до 15%, предпочтительно от 3% до 10%.
6. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) имеет толщину от 0,5 мкм до 5 мкм.
7. Компонент протеза по п.3, отличающийся тем, что покрытие скользящей поверхности (20) получено способом PVD.
8. Компонент протеза по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средняя шероховатость Ra поверхности скольжения (19, 24) меньше 0,05 мкм.
9. Эндопротез сустава с первым компонентом протеза, образованным согласно одному из пп.1-8, и со вторым компонентом протеза (11, 23), который имеет сопряженную поверхность скольжения (26), причем поверхность скольжения (19, 24) первого компонента протеза образует с сопряженной поверхностью скольжения (26) второго компонента протеза (11, 23) подвижное соединение.
