Abstract

1. Claims (10)

1. A method of manufacturing anti-counterfeit paper (6) for the manufacture of anti-counterfeit documents, such as banknotes, identity cards based on plastic cards or the like, with a security element (5) made in the form of a strip, which is embedded in a security against counterfeit paper (6) and direct at least one hole (10) in counterfeit paper (6) onto one of the surfaces of counterfeit paper (6), wherein the mesh cylinder (1) of the round-mesh paper machine takes paper pulp in the form fiber water oh suspension (2 ') of the vat (2),
characterized in that
- at least one first elevation (3) is applied to the mesh cylinder (1) for each unit of use,
- the first elevation (3) is formed due to the closed frame, which covers at least one recess (4),
- at least one other elevation (7) is applied to the mesh cylinder (1), which carries out the direction of the strip-shaped protective element (5) in the transverse direction, so that the strip-shaped protective element (5) is thus directed to the mesh cylinder (1) that the protective element (5) made in the form of a strip is placed on the first elevation (3) and does not protrude or protrude only slightly from the first elevation (3) on its both longitudinal sides, so that inside the first elevation (3) it does not may accumulate during lobular-aqueous suspension (2 ').
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the first elevation (3) is performed by means of a form for electroforming, which is applied to the grid of the mesh cylinder (1), or by embossing the lattice of the mesh cylinder (1).
3. The method according to one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the first elevation (3) has an arbitrary configuration contour, especially a triangular or polygonal, round, oval, star-shaped, wavy or irregular configuration contour.
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one other elevation (7) is performed by means of embossed embossing or forms for electroforming.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective element made in the form of a strip (5) stands for the first elevation (3) on its both longitudinal sides, respectively, by 0 mm, preferably respectively by about 0.5 mm, and particularly preferably respectively about 1 mm.

7. Mesh cylinder (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that the first elevation (3) is a form for electroforming, which is deposited on the grid of the mesh cylinder (1), or embossed on the grill of the mesh cylinder (1).
