Abstract
1. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что рукав (130) выполнен с возможностью нагружения гидравлической или пневматической рабочей средой.3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрено управление (300) для управления усилием прижима прижимного элемента (130).4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что полировальный элемент (110) установлен внутри корпуса (120) с возможностью перемещения на величину пути перемещения с помощью прижимного элемента (130) по боковым направляющим поверхностям (122) поперек продольной оси z детали относительно поверхности детали (200).5.
