Abstract
1. Способ получения композиционных рассасывающихся материалов на основе хитозана и полилактида включает приготовление растворов полисахарида и полилактида, используя смешанный растворитель, при этом в раствор хитозана добавляют от 10 до 50% раствора полилактида от массы хитозана при непрерывном перемешивании, полученную смесь подвергают ультразвуковой обработке до получения блок-сополимера хитозана с полилактидом.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для получения блок-сополимеров хитозана с полилактидом при ультразвуковой обработке растворов используют гомополимеры с различным временем биодеградации.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве смешанного растворителя используют разбавленный раствор минеральной, например соляной, или органической, например уксусной, кислоты для растворения хитозана и один или несколько органических растворителей, например тетрагидрофуран, диоксан, для растворения полилактида.1.
