Abstract
1. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий этап (f) промывки поверхности пресс-формы, между этапом (a) и этапом (b).8. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором пористый слой оксида алюминия имеет инвертированную микрорельефную структуру поверх своей поверхности, причем инвертированная микрорельефная структура имеет множество углубленных участков, двумерный размер которых, наблюдаемый в направлении нормали к поверх�1. A method for treating a mold release agent, comprising the steps of: (a) providing a mold release agent and a mold that has a porous alumina layer over its surface, the mold release agent containing fluoride a compound that has mold lubricity and a solvent; (b) applying a solvent that is capable of dissolving the fluoride compound over the surface of the mold; and (c) after step (b), a mold releasing agent is applied over the surface of the mold according to the spray coating method. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the solvent used in step (b) is the same as the solvent contained in the mold releasing agent. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solvent contained in the mold releasing agent is a fluoride solvent. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein step (c) is performed in an atmosphere of a solvent that is capable of dissolving the fluoride compound. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising step (d) rinsing the surface of the mold after step (c) .6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising step (e) of hot drying the surface of the mold between step (c) and step (d). 7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising step (f) washing the surface of the mold between step (a) and step (b) .8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the porous alumina layer has an inverted microrelief structure on top of its surface, the inverted microrelief structure has many indented portions whose two-dimensional size is observed in the direction normal to the surface
