Abstract
Горелка для получения ацетилена методом термоокислительного пиролиза метана, содержащая блочное газораспределительное устройство с каналами для подачи газовой смеси и каналами для подачи стабилизирующего кислорода, соединенными с коллектором подачи стабилизирующего кислорода, отличающаяся тем, что газораспределительное устройство выполнено в виде совокупно направляющего газораспределительного моноблока с цельно выфрезированными в нем каналами для подачи газовой смеси, стабилизирующего кислорода и коллектором для подачи стабилизирующего кислорода; верхняя часть газораспределительного моноблока выполнена в виде конуса с образующей, имеющей форму циклоиды (брахистохроны); входы в газовые каналы выполнены в форме плавно сужающихся участков с переходом от трапециедального сечения в трапециедальное с углом сужения α40-60°.A burner for producing acetylene by thermooxidative pyrolysis of methane containing a block gas distribution device with channels for supplying a gas mixture and channels for supplying a stabilizing oxygen connected to a collector for supplying a stabilizing oxygen, characterized in that the gas distribution device is made in the form of a collector guided gas distribution monoblock with completely cut out channels for supplying a gas mixture, stabilizing oxygen and a collector for supplying stable ziruyuschego oxygen; the upper part of the gas distribution monoblock is made in the form of a cone with a generatrix having the shape of a cycloid (brachistochrons); the entrances to the gas channels are made in the form of smoothly narrowing sections with a transition from the trapezoidal section to the trapezoidal one with a narrowing angle α40-60 °.
