Abstract
1. Способ сушки древесины в виде досок, заключающийся в том, что доски укладывают в штабель, состоящий из пакетов, не менее двух слоев досок, с разделительными элементами в виде реек; размещают между пакетами пленочные резистивные электронагревательные элементы, перекрывающие всю поперечную площадь штабеля, причем в основании штабеля и на его верхнюю поверхность укладывают ряд нагревательных элементов, снабженных отражателями теплового потока, расположенными снизу и сверху пленочных электронагревателей для направления тепла внутрь штабеля, подают на электронагреватели напряжение питания, сушку ведут путем сухого нагрева при помощи электронагревательных элементов, процесс сушки контролируют датчиками влажности и температуры; для удаления влаги периодически включают вытяжную вентиляцию; об окончании сушки судят по показаниям влажности, отличающийся тем, что процесс сушки ведут циклично в зависимости от температуры нагрева доски по показаниям датчика температуры, установленного внутри доски в штабеле: при достижении температуры нагрева 40-45°С питание электронагревателей отключают, а при снижении до 35-38°С электронагреватели вновь включают, сушку ведут при температуре 35-45°С, процесс сушки заканчивают в соответствии с заданными показателями влажности определенной породы дерева.2.
