Abstract
Способ сепарации и сжижения попутного нефтяного газа с его изотермическим хранением, заключающийся в том, что поступающий из газопровода или из промыслового сепаратора попутный нефтяной газ, представляющий газожидкостную смесь из нефте-бензиновых жидких фракций и газообразных легких углеводородных фракций C1-С4, которую охлаждают в рекуперативных теплообменниках, разделяют на газ и жидкость, газообразную фракцию разделяют с получением сухого и сжиженного газа, отличающийся тем, что попутный нефтяной газ после охлаждения в рекуперативном теплообменнике, сепарируют в многоступенчатом центробежном сепараторе от нефте-бензиновых жидких фракций, водного конденсата и механических примесей, которые выводят для дальнейшей переработки на газофракционирующую установку, а газообразную фракцию направляют на двухступенчатое компремирование, при этом на первую ступень совместно с отсепарированной газообразной фракцией подают паровую фазу из наземного изотермического хранилища для повторного сжижения, а сжатый после первой ступения газ направляют на энергетическое сжижение в трехпоточную вихревую трубу, с образованием холодного, горячего газообразных и жидкого потоков, причем на вторую ступень компремирования направляют смесь из горячего и холодного потоков после рекуперативных теплообменников, сжатый на второй ступени поток газа после рекуперативного охлаждения направляют в сепаратор для разделения на газообразный и сжиженный газы, после чего газообразную фракцию направляют в магистральный газопровод или топливную сеть, а сжиженный газ совместно с отсепарированной из горячего потока вихревой трубыThe method of separation and liquefaction of associated petroleum gas with its isothermal storage, which consists in the fact that the associated petroleum gas coming from a gas pipeline or from a field separator is a gas-liquid mixture of oil-gasoline liquid fractions and gaseous light hydrocarbon fractions C1-C4, which is cooled in regenerative heat exchangers are separated into gas and liquid, the gaseous fraction is separated to obtain dry and liquefied gas, characterized in that the associated petroleum gas after cooling in the recuperative ohm heat exchanger, is separated in a multi-stage centrifugal separator from oil-gasoline liquid fractions, water condensate and mechanical impurities, which are removed for further processing to a gas fractionation unit, and the gaseous fraction is sent to two-stage compression, while the first stage together with the separated gaseous fraction is supplied with steam phase from the ground isothermal storage for re-liquefaction, and the gas compressed after the first stage is directed to energy liquefaction e into a three-threaded vortex tube, with the formation of cold, hot gaseous and liquid flows, with the mixture from hot and cold flows after recuperative heat exchangers being sent to the second stage of compression, the gas stream compressed to the second stage after regenerative cooling is sent to a separator for separation into gaseous and liquefied gases, after which the gaseous fraction is sent to the main gas pipeline or fuel network, and the liquefied gas together with the vortex tube separated from the hot stream
