Abstract
1. Способ брикетирования железосодержащих отходов в виде окалины, состоящий из перемешивания предварительно подготовленной окалины с углеродосодержащим материалом, отличающийся тем, что обычную и/или замасленную окалину подвергают предварительному измельчению с размерами частиц 0,05-1,0 мм, перемешивают с активированным торфом в соотношении 1:3-1:4, проводят пиролиз полученной торфоокалинной смеси при температуре 500-700°С и времени 40-50 секунд, охлаждают, полученный после кратковременного пиролиза, железоуглеродсодержащий порошок, содержащий 70-75% обезмасленной окалины и 25-30% торфяного полукокса с размерами частиц 0,05-1,0 мм, брикетируют полученный порошок в железоуглеродсодержащие металлургические брикеты.2.
