1. Способ производства вюститного продукта для промывки горна доменной печи, включающий ввод в шихту железорудных материалов, смешивание их, загрузку в печь и последующий обжиг шихты с получением высокозакисного продукта с содержанием FeO более 35%, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют обжиг шихты из кускового концентрата обожженного сидерита с углеродсодержащим материалом во вращающейся печи при температуре 1250-1350°С в восстановительной атмосфере, которую создают благодаря неполному сгоранию углеродсодержащего материала из-за ограниченного доступа кислорода при расходе природного газа 45,0-55,0 Нм/т шихты и производительности, равной 19,0-25,0 кг/ч с 1 мобъема печи, входящие в шихту концентрат обожженного сидерита и углеродсодержащий материал смешивают в соотношении как 5:1 и компоненты имеют крупность 10-40 мм и 0-10 мм соответственно.2.
