Способ получения 1-гидроксиадамантан-4-она формулы (1)из адамантанона-2, отличающийся тем, что адамантанон-2 бромируют с помощью CBrClпод действием катализатора Мо(CO), активированного пиридином при мольном соотношении [Mo]:[Py]:[AdO]:[CBrCl]:=1-10:200-1000:1000:1000-2500, при температуре 175°C, в течение 6-20 ч, с последующим гидролизом образующегося 1-бромадамантан-4-она.A method for producing 1-hydroxyadamantan-4-one of formula (1) from adamantanone-2, characterized in that adamantanone-2 is brominated with CBrCl under the action of a Mo (CO) catalyst activated with pyridine in a molar ratio of [Mo]: [Py]: [ AdO]: [CBrCl]: = 1-10: 200-1000: 1000: 1000-2500, at a temperature of 175 ° C, for 6-20 hours, followed by hydrolysis of the resulting 1-bromadamantan-4-one.
