Abstract
1. Устройство для контроля конструкции амортизатора силы отдачи артиллерийского оружия, содержащее корпус амортизатора, внутри которого расположен шток, на котором между регулировочной шайбой и гайкой размещен упругий элемент в виде пружины, причем корпус амортизатора соединен с корпусом артиллерийского оружия специальным наплывом в виде зуба, а с лафетом установки проточкой, которая вырезана в задней части штока, в передней части штока расположена гайка, которая накручивается на шток до совмещения отверстия в штоке и крепится штифтом, подбором толщины шайбы обеспечивается предварительное поджатие пружины, отличающееся тем, чтодополнительно введены последовательно соединенные датчик вибрации, устройство сопряжения, вычислитель и индикатор, причем датчик вибрации размещают на корпусе лафета артиллерийской установки.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что алгоритм работы вычислителя заключается в обработке сигнала вибрации, определении частоты и амплитуды вибрации, сравнении параметров вибрации с заданными значениями, осуществлении аварийной сигнализации в случае несоответствия уровня вибрации заданным значениям по частоте и амплитуды.1. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the algorithm of the calculator consists in processing the vibration signal, determining the frequency and amplitude of the vibration, comparing the vibration parameters with the set values, and performing an alarm if the vibration level does not match the set values in frequency and amplitude.
