Способ получения водной дисперсии полимеров, включающий стадии:i) подготовки смеси первого и второго полимера, каждый из которых имеет вязкость более чем 30 Па·с при 100 с, измеряемую при 100°С, причем смесь включает:a) от 1 до 60 частей по массе первого полимера, несмешивающегося в водной среде и, необязательно, включающего в себя реакционно-способные группы, иb) от 40 до 99 частей по массе второго полимера, включающего диспергирующие группы, причем полимер смешивается в водной среде и, необязательно, дополнительно включает группы, реакционно-способные по отношению к группам первого полимера;ii) плавления полимеров при выбранной температуре в условиях высокого сдвига в экструдере с формированием однородной смеси полимеров;iii) необязательно, осуществления взаимодействия реакционно-способных групп первого и второго полимера друг с другом в условиях высокого сдвига в экструдере, формируя прореагировавшую смесь;iv) быстрого охлаждения расплавленной смеси из стадии ii) или стадии iii) вне экструдера с формированием твердого продукта;v) необязательно, измельчения твердого продукта на куски меньшего размера;vi) контакта твердого продукта с водной средой,где водная среда растворяет второй полимер, но не растворяет первый полимеру с получением дисперсии, включающей микрочастицы первого полимера в водном растворе второго полимера.2. Способ по п.1, в котором первый и второй полимеры включают реакционно-способные группы, где данные группы первого полимера реакционно-способны по отношению к группам второго полимера.3. Способ по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, некоторое количество реакционно-способных групп побуждают взаимодейство�
Claims (16)
1. Способ получения водной дисперсии полимеров, включающий стадии:
i) подготовки смеси первого и второго полимера, каждый из которых имеет вязкость более чем 30 Па·с при 100 с-1, измеряемую при 100°С, причем смесь включает:
a) от 1 до 60 частей по массе первого полимера, несмешивающегося в водной среде и, необязательно, включающего в себя реакционно-способные группы, и
b) от 40 до 99 частей по массе второго полимера, включающего диспергирующие группы, причем полимер смешивается в водной среде и, необязательно, дополнительно включает группы, реакционно-способные по отношению к группам первого полимера;
ii) плавления полимеров при выбранной температуре в условиях высокого сдвига в экструдере с формированием однородной смеси полимеров;
iii) необязательно, осуществления взаимодействия реакционно-способных групп первого и второго полимера друг с другом в условиях высокого сдвига в экструдере, формируя прореагировавшую смесь;
iv) быстрого охлаждения расплавленной смеси из стадии ii) или стадии iii) вне экструдера с формированием твердого продукта;
v) необязательно, измельчения твердого продукта на куски меньшего размера;
vi) контакта твердого продукта с водной средой,
где водная среда растворяет второй полимер, но не растворяет первый полимеру с получением дисперсии, включающей микрочастицы первого полимера в водном растворе второго полимера.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором первый и второй полимеры включают реакционно-способные группы, где данные группы первого полимера реакционно-способны по отношению к группам второго полимера.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, некоторое количество реакционно-способных групп побуждают взаимодействовать.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором все реакционно-способные группы побуждают взаимодействовать.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором быстрое охлаждение на стадии iv) осуществляют, экструдируя расплавленную смесь из выхода экструдера в охлаждающую жидкость.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором охлаждающая жидкость представляет собой воду.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором скорость охлаждения реакционной смеси на стадии iv) составляет, по меньшей мере, 50°С/мин.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором второй полимер имеет кислотное число, по меньшей мере, 30 мг KOH/г нелетучего твердого полимерного вещества.
9. Дисперсия частиц полимера, полученная способом по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
10. Дисперсия по п.9, в которой первый полимер представляет собой полипропилен или сополимер полипропилена и второй полимер представляет собой акрилат или метакрилат с кислотным числом, по меньшей мере, 30 мг KOH/г полимера.
11. Дисперсия по п.9, в которой первый полимер представляет собой полигидроксиалканоат.
12. Дисперсия по п.11, в которой второй полимер представляет собой стирол-малеиновый ангидрид.
13. Дисперсия по любому из пп.9-12, в которой дисперсия не содержит органическую жидкость.
14. Композиция для покрытия, включающая дисперсию по любому из пп.9-13.
15. Композиция для покрытия по п.14 и сшивающий агент.
16. Изделие, покрытое композицией для покрытия по п.14 или п.15.
