Способ обработки внутренних поверхностей гильз тракторных и комбайновых дизелей в ремонтном производстве, включающий растачивание и пневмовибодинамическую обработку (ПВДО), отличающийся тем, что перед ПВДО производят однократное хонингование с достижением шероховатости поверхности Ra≤2,5 мкм, а затем ПВДО внутренней поверхности гильзы стальными шарами с получением шероховатости Ra≤0,5 мкм, средней глубины впадин Rvk≤1 мкм, относительной опорной длины профиля поверхности tp50=85%, с обеспечением относительного расхода масла на угар в ДВС 0,35…0,40%.
