Способ обработки внутренних поверхностей заготовок гильз двигателей внутреннего сгорания, включающий пневмовибродинамическую обработку (ПВДО), отличающийся тем, что перед ПВДО производят черновое и получистовое хонингование с достижением шероховатости поверхности Ra=1,15…2,35 мкм, а затем ПВДО внутренней поверхности гильзы стальными шарами с получением шероховатости Ra≤0,5 мкм, средней глубины впадин R≤1 мкм, относительной опорной длины профиля поверхности t=85%, с обеспечением относительного расхода масла на угар в ДВС в пределах 0,22…0,24%.2.
