1. Способ ремонта упрочненных азотированием коленчатых валов двигателей внутреннего сгорания, включающий шлифовку шеек в установленные размеры, отличающийся тем, что снимается материал оставшегося упрочненного азотированием слоя до основной структуры электроэрозионной обработкой на глубину 0,4 мм с последующей закалкой ТВЧ, шлифовкой и финишной обработкой шеек коленчатых валов.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после снятия азотированного слоя на глубину 0,4 мм осуществляют наплавку шеек с последующей шлифовкой шеек в установленные размеры.1.
