Abstract
1. Способ очистки нитрата калия, включающий стадию кристаллизации, осуществляемую при температуре 20-25ºС, и последующее выделение кристаллов и их сушку, отличающийся тем, что предварительно перед стадией кристаллизации исходный раствор нитрата калия обрабатывают при перемешивании нитратом алюминия, взятым в количестве 1,5-2,5% от массы нитрата калия, а затем к нему добавляют разбавленный водный раствор гидроксида калия до pH 7,5-8,2, после чего фильтрацией отделяют выпавший осадок и отфильтрованный раствор нитрата калия упаривают до плотности не более 1,35 г/см, охлаждают, фильтруют и выделенные кристаллы сушат при температуре 100-110°С.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после обработки очищаемого раствора нитрата калия нитратом алюминия и гидроксидом калия, выпавший осадок гидратированного оксида алюминия отделяют на вакуум-фильтре.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выпавшие кристаллы нитрата калия отделяют центрифугированием, осуществляемым со скоростью перемешивания равной 500-2000 оборотов в минуту.1.
