Abstract
1. Жидкость для прокатки, включающая:(a) углеводородную основу, содержащую по меньшей мере 50 мас.% изопарафинов,(b) один или несколько модификаторов трения, выбранных из жирных спиртов, жирных кислот, жирных аминов, сложных эфиров жирных кислот или полимерных сложных эфиров, полученных этерификацией спиртами сополимеров альфа-олефинов и двухосновных карбоновых кислот,(c) одну или более противоизносных и/или противозадирных фосфорсодержащих присадок, выбранных из фосфорорганических соединений, являющихся производными фосфорной и/или фосфористой кислоты, причем содержание фосфора в указанной жидкости, измеренное согласно стандарту NFT 60-106, составляет по меньшей мере 500 м.д.,с тем условием, что если указанная жидкость содержит только производные фосфорной кислоты в качестве соединения (соединений) (c), то она содержит по меньшей мере одно серосодержащее или фосфор/серосодержащее соединение, и содержание серы в ней, измеренное согласно стандарту ASTM D2622, составляет по меньшей мере 300 м.д.2. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, в которой углеводородная основа (a) включает по меньшей мере 60 мас.% изопарафинов.3. Claims (16)
1. Жидкость для прокатки, включающая:
(a) углеводородную основу, содержащую по меньшей мере 50 мас.% изопарафинов,
(b) один или несколько модификаторов трения, выбранных из жирных спиртов, жирных кислот, жирных аминов, сложных эфиров жирных кислот или полимерных сложных эфиров, полученных этерификацией спиртами сополимеров альфа-олефинов и двухосновных карбоновых кислот,
(c) одну или более противоизносных и/или противозадирных фосфорсодержащих присадок, выбранных из фосфорорганических соединений, являющихся производными фосфорной и/или фосфористой кислоты, причем содержание фосфора в указанной жидкости, измеренное согласно стандарту NFT 60-106, составляет по меньшей мере 500 м.д.,
с тем условием, что если указанная жидкость содержит только производные фосфорной кислоты в качестве соединения (соединений) (c), то она содержит по меньшей мере одно серосодержащее или фосфор/серосодержащее соединение, и содержание серы в ней, измеренное согласно стандарту ASTM D2622, составляет по меньшей мере 300 м.д.
2. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, в которой углеводородная основа (a) включает по меньшей мере 60 мас.% изопарафинов.
3. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, в которой углеводородная основа (a) включает нефтяные фракции с начальной и конечной точкой дистилляции, измеренной согласно стандарту ASTM D86, между 200 и 400°C и содержащую молекулы углеводородов, включающие от 13 до 25 атомов углерода.
4. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, в которой углеводородная основа (а) содержит более 100 м.д. ароматических соединений и не более 1 м.д. серы, при измерении согласно ASTM D2622.
5. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, содержащая дополнительно:
(с) одну или более фосфор- и/или фосфор/серо- и/или серосодержащих противоизносных и/или противозадирных присадок.
6. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, где содержание серы, измеренное согласно стандарту ASTM D2622, меньше, чем 1100 м.д., предпочтительно меньше, чем 1000 м.д., предпочтительно меньше, чем 500 м.д.
7. Жидкость для прокатки по п.5, включающая в качестве соединения (c) одно или несколько фосфорорганических соединений, являющихся производными фосфорной и/или фосфористой кислоты, причем содержание фосфора в указанной жидкости, измеренное согласно стандарту NFT 60-106, составляет по меньшей мере 500 м.д., с тем условием, что если указанная жидкость содержит только производные фосфорной кислоты в качестве соединения (соединений) (с), то она содержит по меньшей мере одно серосодержащее или фосфор/серосодержащее соединение, а содержание серы в ней, измеренное согласно стандарту ASTM D2622, составляет по меньшей мере 300 м.д.
8. Жидкость для прокатки по п.7, включающая по меньшей мере одно производное фосфористой кислоты в качестве соединения (с), причем содержание серы в указанной жидкости, измеренное согласно ASTM D2622, составляет меньше 300 м.д.
9. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, индекс вязкости которой, измеренный согласно стандарту ASTM D2270, составляет больше 110, предпочтительно больше 120, предпочтительно больше 130.
10. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, кинематическая вязкость которой при 100°C, измеренная согласно ASTM D445, составляет от 2 до 3 сСт, предпочтительно от 2,5 до 2,65 сСт.
11. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, кинематическая вязкость которой при 40°C, измеренная согласно ASTM D445, составляет от 7,5 до 9 сСт, предпочтительно от 7,6 до 8,8 сСт.
12. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, включающая:
- от 50 до 90 мас.% углеводородной основы (а),
- от 5 до 20 мас.% одного или более жирных соединений (b),
- от 0,5 до 7 мас.% одного или более фосфорорганических соединений, являющихся производными фосфорной кислоты и/или фосфористой кислоты (с).
13. Жидкость для прокатки по п.1, включающая от 1 до 20 мас.% одного или более поверхностно-активных веществ, предпочтительно выбранных из неионогенных или анионных поверхностно-активных веществ.
14. Водная эмульсия, включающая жидкость для прокатки по любому из пп.1-13.
15. Способ холодной прокатки стали, где сталь приводят в контакт с жидкостью для прокатки по любому из пп.1-13.
16. Способ холодной прокатки стали, где сталь приводят в контакт с водной эмульсией по п.14.
