Abstract
1. Способ обработки профильного вала сегментным профильным долбяком, включающий долбление деталей в условиях обката фасонным долбяком, при котором долбяк совершает возвратно-поступательное движение резания, а деталь - относительное движение подачи, отличающийся тем, что для обработки профильного вала применяется специальный сегментный профильный долбяк, проектируемый за счет применения графического способа формообразования, линия кромки режущей части которого предназначена для обработки одной грани обрабатываемого профильного вала, при этом при взаимной их обкатке за каждый оборот сегментного профильного долбяка около собственного центра вращения происходит восстановление одной грани профильного вала, то есть восстановление происходит по сегментно, при этом они устанавливаются на заранее определенном межосевом расстоянии, равном половине суммы диаметров описанной около профильного вала и вписанной в сегментный профильный долбяк окружностей так, чтобы элементы профильного вала соответствовали элементам сегментного профильного долбяка на предмет отсутствия подрезания и наложения профилей, при этом отношение угловых скоростей вращения сегментного профильно долбяка ωи профильного вала ωвыражается формулой:где n - число сторон профильного вала 1;ω- угловая скорость сегментного профильного долбяка 2;ω- угловая скорость профильного вала 1.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для восстановления нескольких граней профильного вала, в процессе взаимной обкатки сегментного профильного долбяка и профильного вала, необходимо совершить кратное количеству граней профильного вала оборотов сегментного �1.
