The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely to devices for storing, carrying, quick preparation and convenient use of medical devices and medicines, and is intended for use in marine conditions for providing first aid in extreme situations. The mobile marine first aid kit includes a case with compartments for medical devices and drugs, each of which is made in the form of a parallelepiped and has one face made of transparent material, with the inner sides of the compartments facing each other, and the compartments themselves are inextricably linked with the help of fabric from the lower side and connected with the possibility of disconnection from the outside, while one of the compartments is equipped with belt fastening elements and is additionally equipped with a fabric element with a fastener located on the upper side, the counterpart of which is located on another compartment, while the said fabric element is equipped with additional straps forming a loop. The technical result is to increase the mobility of the device in the marine environment while increasing its reliability.

Description

The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely, devices for storing, carrying, quick preparation and convenient use of medical devices and medicines, and is intended for use in marine conditions for providing first aid in extreme situations.

Known waterproof first aid kit (US1720170, publ. 09.07.1929), including a housing made of waterproof fabric with many compartments. Each compartment is dedicated to a specific drug or medical device, and the lid of each compartment is labeled or graphic. The first aid kit also contains straps and a handle.

This first aid kit is rather bulky and has low mobility in the sea. Such a device has an inconvenient design and lacks transparent body elements for quick viewing of the contents.

An individual first-aid kit is known (RU190994, publ. 07/18/2019), which includes a composite body of three blocks (fastening system block, main block, a block for special attachments), which are firmly connected by quickly disconnecting fasteners. An individual first-aid kit for attachment to a bulletproof vest or a vest includes a block of the system for attaching to combat equipment, which is made in the form of a panel with M.O.L.L.E. The first-aid kit, individual for attachment to the waist belt of a serviceman, includes the main unit, on the back wall of which there are belt loops. The entrance to the inner space of the unit for special attachments of the first-aid kit is closed by the base for the fastening tape, which is made on the bottom wall of the main unit body. The first aid kit is made of textile material with a water-repellent coating.

The disadvantages of this first aid kit are its insufficient capacity and relatively low mobility in sea conditions. In addition, such a first-aid kit does not provide for the ability to quickly view the contents without opening blocks.

The closest to the claimed technical solution is a pouch for an individual first-aid kit (RU83007, publ. 05/20/2009), including a body with a closing valve with a locking device made in the form of a button with two parallel slots, attached with a flexible retainer to the pouch body, and a loop for a button a pouch made on the valve, MOLLE - a compatible fastening system on the back of the case. Also, the specified first-aid kit contains a partition dividing the inner volume of the pouch into compartments, and fixing devices for medical devices and drugs located inside the case.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the relatively low mobility in sea conditions. The above first aid kit lacks a moisture-proof housing. The use of the heavy and complex M.O.L.L.E. mount system also reduces the mobility of the first aid kit. All this, together with a cumbersome design and difficult access to medical devices and medicines due to investments required only in exceptional cases and opaque material, does not allow the device to be effectively used as a first-aid kit on ships.

A technical problem is the need to develop a mobile marine first aid kit, devoid of the above disadvantages.

The technical result is to increase the mobility of the device in sea conditions while increasing its reliability.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a mobile naval first-aid kit, which includes a housing containing compartments for medical products and drugs, and fastening elements, including belts, according to the utility model, the body consists of two compartments, each of which is made in the form of a parallelepiped and has one front side made of transparent material, with the inner sides of the compartments facing each other, and the compartments themselves are inextricably linked with the help of fabric from the bottom side and are connected with the possibility of disconnection from the outside, while one of the compartments is equipped with fastening elements in belts and is additionally equipped with a fabric element with a fastener located on the upper side, the counterpart of which is located on another compartment, while the said fabric element is equipped with additional straps forming a loop.

The above design together increases the mobility of the first aid kit. In particular, the above design provides the ability to quickly transfer the first-aid kit to the unfolded state and quick access to the contents. In the unfolded state of the first aid kit, the front sides, made of transparent material, face the same side. In this case, the straps that form the loop, in the unfolded state, are above the compartments and allow you to hang the first-aid kit on one of the protruding elements. These benefits are especially useful in marine environments.

The claimed utility model is illustrated by illustrations, where FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 shows a folded mobile naval first aid kit, and FIG. 3 shows a mobile naval first aid kit unfolded.

Mobile marine first-aid kit includes a body consisting of two compartments 1 for medical devices and medicines. Each of the compartments 1 is made in the form of a parallelepiped and has one face 2 made of a transparent material. When folded, the inner sides of the compartments 1 face each other. The compartments 1 are inextricably linked with the help of fabric 3 on the bottom side. Also, the compartments 1 in the folded state are connected with the possibility of being disconnected from the upper side due to an additional element made of fabric 4 with a fastener 5. In this case, said element of fabric 4 is equipped with additional straps forming a loop 6. In a preferred embodiment of the utility model, an element of fabric 4 with fastener 5 is additionally equipped with a handle 7. Also, in a preferred embodiment, the fastener 5 is located on additional belts forming a loop 6. In addition, on the compartment 2, to which an element of fabric 4 is rigidly attached, belts 8 (belt system) for fastening with slings and similar items for attaching to clothing. The body is preferably made of non-flammable fabric for workwear "Prometheus" (art. 05S19-KV) with oil-water-repellent impregnation. Belts 6, 8 are preferably made of LRTP-25 belt tape. The transparent front sides 2 of the compartments 1 are preferably made of a transparent PET-E polyethylene terephthalate film. Also, as a clasp 5, a ring button 15 mm (steel) is used. The body components are interconnected by means of reinforced threads 45ml. The belts 8 are preferably equipped with stainless steel half rings 9.

Also, in a preferred embodiment, the “Red Cross” emblem is attached to the fabric element 4 with a textile fastener.

The claimed device operates as follows.

To transport the first aid kit, use the handle 7 or belts 8 for attaching to items of equipment. When determining a suitable location for the location of the first-aid kit (when finding a suitable protruding element in an easy-to-reach place), the user disconnects the fastener 5 on the fabric element 4 and opens the first-aid kit, which he then hangs from the straps that form a loop 6. In this case, both compartments 1 turn out to be facing 2 one way.

The claimed utility model is illustrated by an example.

To verify compliance with the requirements for first-aid kits used in marine conditions, a series of 5 samples was made, the design of which was based on the features characteristic of the claimed utility model. These samples were tested for resistance to mechanical stress during operation (sinusoidal vibration, pitching, maximum tilt angle) and resistance to climatic factors during operation.

Given in table. the results indicate that the samples under study meet the requirements of GOST RV 20.39.304. Proceeding from this, the claimed first-aid kit can be used for storage, carrying, quick preparation and convenient use of medical devices and medicines in marine conditions.

The body of a mobile naval first-aid kit, containing compartments for medical devices and drugs and attachment elements, including belts, characterized in that it consists of two compartments, each of which is made in the form of a parallelepiped and has one face made of transparent material, while the inner sides of the compartments are facing each other, and the compartments themselves are inextricably linked with the help of fabric from the bottom side and are connected with the possibility of disconnection from the outside, while one of the compartments is equipped with belt fastening elements and is additionally equipped with an upper side an element of fabric with a fastener, the counterpart of which is located on another compartment, while said element of fabric is equipped with additional belts forming a loop. 2. A body according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastened fabric element is additionally equipped with a handle. 3. The body according to claim 1, characterized in that the opaque parts of the compartments are made of non-combustible fabric with oil-water-repellent impregnation. 4. The body according to claim 1, characterized in that the transparent front sides of the compartments are made of transparent polyethylene terephthalate film.
