In addition, among these tools are drugs that require special conditions for accounting, storage, issuance and write-off, and therefore this case must be taken into account in the documentation and stored in medical warehouses separately from the first-aid kit, which creates additional difficulties for the work of military pharmacists in accounting , storage, issue and write-off APPI.

Thus, a first-aid kit, the corps of which consists of three fixed units, is necessary for a soldier only when fighting with the threat of using weapons of mass destruction, provided they have the appropriate combat equipment. In the course of the daily activities of the troops, as well as in the aftermath of emergency situations of peacetime and wartime (natural disasters, man-made accidents, etc.), the first two units of the first aid kit are enough for a military man to provide first aid and elements of primary medical and sanitary first aid (systems of fastening and the main pocket). However, the existing design of the APPI does not allow to exclude the first block of the first-aid kit (attachment system for combat equipment) and the third block of the first-aid kit (pocket for housing the case with special attachments), since the case of the first-aid kit is created as a single device. This leads to both ergonomic problems (the inability to use the first-aid kit with the usual equipment of a soldier due to the lack of special fastening systems and extra weight due to the unused MOLLE fastening system; the inconvenience of additional packing in the first-aid kit of the case with special attachments that is issued to the military only in combat conditions under a special order, etc.) and unreasonable economic costs (materials, labor, cost, etc.).

The technical problem of the utility model is the development of an individual first aid kit for equipping servicemen for first aid in the amount of self-help and mutual assistance in extreme situations, with operational flexibility, improved ergonomics, and devoid of the above disadvantages.

The technical result of the utility model is to improve performance, allowing you to use not only the APPI as a whole, but also a combination of its individual blocks or only one main unit if necessary. Also, APPI can improve the safety of medicines and protect against their loss during operation.

The result of the utility model is achieved due to the fact that the first-aid kit has a composite case of three blocks (mounting system unit, main unit, special attachment unit), which are firmly connected with disconnecting fasteners. For the provision of first aid and elements of primary medical and pre-medical assistance to a soldier without the threat of using weapons of mass destruction, it is enough to use drugs placed inside (in the internal space) of the main unit of the APPI, for which the unit for special attachments is disconnected from the main unit.

The APPI valve is made according to its parameters in such a way that it allows closing the main unit and the unit for special attachments. Also, the valve is designed in such a way that allows you to tightly close the space of the main unit during the operation of the first-aid kit without a block for special investments, which allows you to ensure the safety of the main unit's medicines and protect them from loss, which is higher than the locking device on the inner surface of the valve and on the front wall of the main unit Velkro type fastening tapes are made.

The assembled APPI unit for special attachments is in an inverted position and access to them is closed: the containing cavity (interior) of the specified block is closed with a mounting tape base, which is made on the bottom wall of the main unit. This provision completely excludes the possibility of losing the mentioned special attachments from the APPI building.

- first aid kits for special attachments to provide first aid during combat operations with the threat of the use of weapons of mass destruction - under special conditions of registration and storage in medical vaults of medical warehouses equipped with alarms, special conditions of issue (by special order) and decommissioning (specially created by the commission) . In the internal space of the unit for special attachments can be placed a case with special attachments of drugs or separate autoinjectors with drugs.

When assembled, the entrance to the accommodating cavity 13 is closed by the base 11 of the main unit 2. The device works as follows.

The unit 1 is connected to the main unit 2 by adapting the fastening strips 6 of the base 5 and the strips 7. The main assembly 2 is connected to the unit 3 by adapting the fastening tape on the base 11 and the strapping 12, as well as to the locking device 8 of the valve 4 of the main assembly 2 and the counter part of the locking device 8 on the front wall of the block 3. The entrance to the host cavity 13 of the block 3 is closed by the base 11 of the main unit 2.

If a soldier received an injury requiring immediate action, the locking device 8 of valve 4 is opened for first aid, after which unit 3 loses mechanical limitations and falls down under its weight, turning 180 degrees in space, but remains 3 adapted with the main unit 2 only using the tape fastening the base 11 and the tape 12, thereby opening up access not only to the main unit 2, but also to the containing cavity 13 of the unit 3 with nested medicines (Fig. 5).

For wearing on a bullet-proof vest or unloading vest, the APPI is secured with the aid of the unit 1 of the first-aid kit housing fastening system of the M.O.L.L.E. to the appropriate mounts on the military equipment of the military. To wear APPI on the belt, block 1 is disconnected from the main unit 2, separating the fastening tape 6 of the base 5 and the tape 7, then put it on the belt using the loops located on the rear wall of the main unit 2.
