Abstract
1. Claims (28)
1. Цементная композиция, включающая:
воду;
гидравлический цемент; и
утяжелительную систему, включающую металлокремниевый сплав или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, причем утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
2. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно включающая гелеобразующее вещество, выбранное из оксидов сурьмы, оксид цинка, оксид бария, сульфат бария, карбонат бария, оксид железа, гематит, других железных руд и их смеси.
3. Композиция по любому из пп.1 или 2, в которой утяжелительная система дополнительно включает железо, сталь, барит, гематит, другие железные руды, вольфрам, олово, марганец, оксид марганца(IV), карбонат кальция, ильменит, песок или их смеси.
4. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно включающая диспергатор.
5. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно включающая добавку, снижающую потерю текучей среды.
6. Композиция по п.1, в которой утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 6,0 г/см3.
7. Композиция по п.1, в которой утяжелительная система находится в виде порошка, дроби или их смесей и сочетаний.
8. Композиция по п.1, в которой металлокремниевый сплав включает ферросилиций.
9. Композиция по п.1, в которой текучая среда имеет относительно низкую пластическую вязкость, относительно низкое предельное напряжение сдвига, относительно более высокую скорость отверждения, относительно более высокую прочность после 6 ч отверждения и относительно более высокую конечную прочность после отверждения по сравнению с цементирующей композицией, содержащей эквивалентное по массе количество гематита в качестве утяжелителя.

воду;
гидравлический цемент; и
утяжелительную систему, включающую металлокремниевые сплавы или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, причем утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором композиция дополнительно включает гелеобразующее вещество, выбранное из оксидов сурьмы, оксида цинк, оксида бария, сульфата бария, других железных руд или их смесей и сочетаний.
16. Способ по п.14 или 15, в котором утяжелительная система дополнительно включает железо, сталь, барит, гематит, другие железные руды, вольфрам, олово, марганец, оксид марганца (IV), карбонат кальция, ильменит, песок или их смеси.

21. Композиция бурового раствора, включающая:
утяжелительную систему, включающую металлокремниевый сплав или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, причем утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
22. Композиция по п.21, в которой утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 6,0 г/см3.
23. Композиция по п.21 или 22, в которой утяжелительная система находится в виде порошка, дроби или их смесей и сочетаний.
24. Композиция по п.21, в которой утяжелительная система включает ферросилиций.
25. Способ бурения подземной скважины, включающий:
циркуляцию бурового раствора в процессе бурения скважины, где буровой раствор включает эффективное количество утяжелительной системы, включающей, по меньшей мере, один металлокремниевый сплав, в стволе скважины, где количество является эффективным для увеличения веса столба текучей среды до желательного давления, и где буровой раствор имеет улучшенные свойства по сравнению с буровым раствором, содержащим эквивалентное по массе количество гематита в качестве утяжелителя.
26. Композиция буферной текучей среды, включающая:
эффективное количество утяжелительной системы, причем количество является достаточным для придания композиция желательной высокой объемной плотности, и где утяжелительная система включает металлокремниевый сплав или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, имея плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
27. Способ замены текучих сред в подземной скважине, включающий:
вытеснение первой текучей среды в скважине буферной текучей средой и
вытеснение буферной текучей среды в скважине второй текучей средой,
где первая текучая среда и буферная текучая среда являются несовместимыми, и буферная текучая среда и вторая текучая среда являются несовместимыми, и буферная текучая среда включает эффективное количество утяжелительной системы, включающей реагент в виде металлокремниевого сплава или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, имеющий плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
28. Сухая цементная композиция для разбавления водой с получением композиции по п.1, включающая:
гидравлический цемент и
утяжелительную систему, включающую металлокремниевый сплав или смеси металлокремниевых сплавов, причем утяжелительная система имеет плотность, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 5,0 г/см3.
