Abstract
1. Способ изготовления конструкционной части, содержащей трубчатый участок (30), от которого выступает конструкционный элемент, изготовленный из композитного материала; способ содержит следующие этапы:формирование преформы (49; 59; 69; 79; 99), содержащей пакет из множества наложенных слоев, так чтобы, на протяжении, по меньшей мере, части преформы, которая должна образовывать конструкционный участок, слои крепились друг к другу, и на протяжении, по меньшей мере, другой части преформы, которая должна образовывать участок для соединения с трубой, слои были разделены для образования двух противолежащих листов (44; 54; 64; 68; 74; 94);вставление трубы (30) между листами соединительного участка, так чтобы листы окружали трубу, по меньшей мере, частично; исоединение трубы с преформой, так чтобы труба образовывала трубчатый участок, и преформа образовывала конструкционный элемент конструкционной части.2. Claims (7)
1. Способ изготовления конструкционной части, содержащей трубчатый участок (30), от которого выступает конструкционный элемент, изготовленный из композитного материала; способ содержит следующие этапы:
формирование преформы (49; 59; 69; 79; 99), содержащей пакет из множества наложенных слоев, так чтобы, на протяжении, по меньшей мере, части преформы, которая должна образовывать конструкционный участок, слои крепились друг к другу, и на протяжении, по меньшей мере, другой части преформы, которая должна образовывать участок для соединения с трубой, слои были разделены для образования двух противолежащих листов (44; 54; 64; 68; 74; 94);
вставление трубы (30) между листами соединительного участка, так чтобы листы окружали трубу, по меньшей мере, частично; и
соединение трубы с преформой, так чтобы труба образовывала трубчатый участок, и преформа образовывала конструкционный элемент конструкционной части.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором преформа содержит заготовку, вырезанную из набивки наложенных слоев; заготовка сложена пополам, так чтобы оба конца заготовки были наложены и сшиты для образования конструкционного участка (71), при этом несшитая центральная часть образует два листа (74).
3. Способ по п.1, в котором преформа содержит две заготовки, вырезанные из набивки наложенных слоев; заготовки сшиты, по меньшей мере, в одной части для образования конструкционного участка и оставлены свободными, по меньшей мере, в одной другой части для образования участка для соединения с трубой, при этом в вышеуказанном участке каждая заготовка образует один из листов (44; 54; 64; 68; 94).
4. Способ по п.3, в котором одна из заготовок длиннее другой заготовки, и концы заготовок сшиты так, чтобы оставалось два оставшихся листа (64; 68; 104; 105), один из которых длиннее другого листа.
5. Способ по п.3, в котором концы сшиты не полностью, и края (86, 88) оставлены свободными и сложены по линии сшивания (92) для образования ребер жесткости для конструкционного участка.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором вставка (47; 57; 67; 77), по существу, треугольного сечения расположена между трубой и листами, там, где начинаются листы.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором труба изготовлена из композитного материала и после вставления трубы между листами листы сшиваются с трубой перед полимеризацией сборочной единицы, изготовленной таким образом.
