Abstract
1. Листовой конструкционный элемент из композиционного материала, включающий два металлических покрывающих слоя, слой жесткого пенополиуретана и слой плотного полиуретана, который содержит микрокапсулы с ядром капсул из материала со скрытым аккумулированием тепла, причем оболочка этих микрокапсул образована из:от 30 до 100 мас.% одного или нескольких мономеров (мономеров I) из группы, включающей сложные алкиловые эфиры акриловой и/или метакриловой кислот с числом атомов углерода в алкиле от 1 до 24, акриловую кислоту, метакриловую кислоту и малеиновую кислоту,от 0 до 70 мас.% одного или нескольких би- или полифункциональных мономеров (мономеров II), которые являются нерастворимыми или плохо растворимыми в воде, а такжеот 0 до 40 мас.% одного или нескольких других мономеров (мономеров III)соответственно в пересчете на общую массу мономеров.2. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что этот элемент имеет следующую последовательность слоев:1. металлический покрывающий слой (А),2. слой плотного полиуретана (В),3. слой жесткого пенополиуретана (С) и4. металлический покрывающий слой (А').3. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой плотного полиуретана имеет плотность от 400 до 1200 кг/м.4. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой плотного полиуретана образуется из органических ди- и/или полиизоцианатов, простых полиэфирполиолов и/или сложных полиэфирполиолов, а также одного или нескольких катализаторов и при необходимости вспомогательных веществ.5. Claims (10)
1. Листовой конструкционный элемент из композиционного материала, включающий два металлических покрывающих слоя, слой жесткого пенополиуретана и слой плотного полиуретана, который содержит микрокапсулы с ядром капсул из материала со скрытым аккумулированием тепла, причем оболочка этих микрокапсул образована из:
от 30 до 100 мас.% одного или нескольких мономеров (мономеров I) из группы, включающей сложные алкиловые эфиры акриловой и/или метакриловой кислот с числом атомов углерода в алкиле от 1 до 24, акриловую кислоту, метакриловую кислоту и малеиновую кислоту,
от 0 до 70 мас.% одного или нескольких би- или полифункциональных мономеров (мономеров II), которые являются нерастворимыми или плохо растворимыми в воде, а также
от 0 до 40 мас.% одного или нескольких других мономеров (мономеров III)
соответственно в пересчете на общую массу мономеров.
2. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что этот элемент имеет следующую последовательность слоев:
1. металлический покрывающий слой (А),
2. слой плотного полиуретана (В),
3. слой жесткого пенополиуретана (С) и
4. металлический покрывающий слой (А').
3. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой плотного полиуретана имеет плотность от 400 до 1200 кг/м3.
4. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой плотного полиуретана образуется из органических ди- и/или полиизоцианатов, простых полиэфирполиолов и/или сложных полиэфирполиолов, а также одного или нескольких катализаторов и при необходимости вспомогательных веществ.
5. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что материал со скрытым аккумулированием тепла представляет собой органическое липофильное соединение с фазовым переходом твердое вещество/жидкость в интервале температур от -20 до 120°С.
6. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой жесткого пенополиуретана имеет среднюю плотность от 20 до 150 кг/м3.
7. Листовой конструкционный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что слой жесткого пенополиуретана образуется из органических ди- и/или полиизоцианатов, простых полиэфирполиолов и/или сложных полиэфирполиолов, вспенивающего агента и одного или нескольких катализаторов, а также при необходимости других вспомогательных веществ.
8. Способ изготовления листового конструкционного элемента по одному из пп.1-7, включающий нанесение слоя плотного полиуретана (В) и слоя жесткого пенополиуретана (С) на металлический покрывающий слой и в заключении наложение второго металлического покрывающего слоя, а при необходимости дополнительного слоя плотного полиуретана между расположенными рядом слоями (А) и (С).
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что листовой конструкционный элемент изготавливают в непрерывном процессе.
10. Применение листового конструкционного элемента по пп.1-7 в жилищном строительстве, промышленном строительстве, в строительстве холодильных складов, в секционных воротах, в офисных сооружениях мобильного типа или в производстве жилых вагончиков.
