[0002] 金属面夹芯板是近几年逐渐兴起的一种用于建筑各种厂房、车间、简易房、板房、 仓库的新型建筑材料。由于其优良的性能,高效便捷的施工性,良好的保温隔热性已逐渐被人们广泛接受并大量应用。但是,目前市场上的金属面板夹芯板有金属面有机塑料保温夹芯板,如聚苯乙烯、硬泡聚氨酯等,保温性能好但达不到国家防火要求;金属面岩棉、矿渣棉夹芯板等虽达到了防火要求,其岩棉、矿渣棉夹芯板国内多以二维法生产,其遇潮湿空气及水分体积容易沉降收缩、和金属面板脱离、保温性能降低,而且造价较高,当以三维法生产时性能虽有所提高,但造价就更高了。以上二种板当金属面为瓦楞状时,金属面的起鼓部位空鼓,必将进入潮湿空气,降低保温能力、引起金属板面的锈蚀、同时对板的整体强度也不利。

Claims (8)
1.基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,结构中包括:防水外壳、 及保温芯层O),其特征在于:所述的防水外壳包括由槽型金属面层(1)、和水泥砂浆防水上盖(3)连接形成的密闭式中空壳体结构,保温芯层(2)充满于壳体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的槽型金属面层(1)包括由钢板压制形成一体的侧板与底板、以及两个端板;两个端板分别与侧板和底板固定连接成一体结构的金属面层(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的底板、及防水上盖(3-1)是弧形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:在槽型金属面层(1)、和水泥砂浆防水上盖(3)之间设置有加强支撑结构(6),加强支撑结构(6)与槽型金属面层(1)的底板的固定方式是焊接、或铆接、或用螺栓连接、或借助环氧结构胶粘结。
5.根据权利要求3所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的加强支撑结构(6)采用横向、或纵向、或横向加纵向组合成的网格状的肋条来替代。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的肋条的材料是选用槽型钢、或工字钢、或圆钢、或方钢。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的水泥砂浆防水上盖(3)中还设置有网状缓冲层G),网状缓冲层(4)与槽型金属面层(1)上口的翻边结构(5)定位连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的基于超轻发泡水泥材料的轻钢厂房用金属面保温夹芯板,其特征在于:所述的网状缓冲层(4)是玻璃纤维毡、或玻璃纤维网格布、或金属丝网、或有机纤维网。
