Abstract
1. Способ полуактивного уменьшения колебаний давления в гидравлической системе холодно- или горячепрокатного стана или установки для обработки полосы для железных, стальных или алюминиевых материалов, включающий в себя следующие этапы в указанной последовательности:а) обнаружение сигнала давления посредством датчика давления путем постоянного измерения давления в гидравлической системе;b) определение переменной составляющей сигнала давления;c) определение по меньшей мере одного изменяющегося во времени регулирующего воздействия в реальном времени с помощью регулятора с учетом переменной составляющей;d) подача этого регулирующего воздействия по меньшей мере на один исполнительный элемент, при этом исполнительный элемент изменяет собственную частоту соединенного с гидравлической системой гасителя колебаний, за счет чего уменьшается амплитуда колебаний давления в гидравлической системе.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что переменная составляющая подвергается полосовой фильтрации.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что исполнительный элемент изменяет соответствующий регулирующему воздействию объем в гасителе колебаний.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что исполнительный элемент изменяет объем резонатора Гельмгольца или активную длину резонатора λ/4.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что способ применяется к гидравлической системе приводного цилиндра прокатной клети.6.
