Abstract
1. Способ изготовления конструкции конической формы, отличающийся тем, что:подают лист (201) в прокатное оборудование (301),прокатывают лист (201) в прокатном оборудовании (301), чтобы получить спиральный профиль со швом (202);изменяют угол (θ) наклона шва (202), чтобы придать листу (201) коническую форму, исваривают шов (202).2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии прокатки непрерывно изменяют угол (θ) наклона шва (202).3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что угол (θ) изменяют ступенчато.4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) состоит из множества листов (201А-1, 201А-2, 201А-3), соединенных друг с другом.5. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что при изменении угла (θ) изменяют угол (θ) по меньшей мере одного из следующего: листа (201) на стадии прокатки, опоры (303), на которой помещается лист (201) на стадии прокатки, оборудования (301) для прокатки листа (201) и несущей конструкция (309) прокатанного листа.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) имеет прямоугольную форму.7. Способ по п.1 или 6, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) состоит по меньшей мере из двух частей, которые соединены друг с другом, при этом упомянутые части листа имеют отличающиеся друг от друга физические размеры.8. Способ по одному из пп.1, 6, 7, отличающийся тем, что толщина листа (201) не является равномерной.9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после стадии прокатки осуществляют непрерывную сварку шва (202).10. Способ по одному из пп.1 и 9, отличающийся тем, что на стадии прокатки соединяют другой лист с упомянутым листом (201).11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что изменяют угол (θ) с учетом формы листа (201).12. Устройство (300) для осуществления способа по одному из пп.1-11.13. Устройство
Claims (13)
1. Способ изготовления конструкции конической формы, отличающийся тем, что:
подают лист (201) в прокатное оборудование (301),
прокатывают лист (201) в прокатном оборудовании (301), чтобы получить спиральный профиль со швом (202);
изменяют угол (θ) наклона шва (202), чтобы придать листу (201) коническую форму, и
сваривают шов (202).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадии прокатки непрерывно изменяют угол (θ) наклона шва (202).
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что угол (θ) изменяют ступенчато.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) состоит из множества листов (201А-1, 201А-2, 201А-3), соединенных друг с другом.
5. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что при изменении угла (θ) изменяют угол (θ) по меньшей мере одного из следующего: листа (201) на стадии прокатки, опоры (303), на которой помещается лист (201) на стадии прокатки, оборудования (301) для прокатки листа (201) и несущей конструкция (309) прокатанного листа.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) имеет прямоугольную форму.
7. Способ по п.1 или 6, отличающийся тем, что лист (201) состоит по меньшей мере из двух частей, которые соединены друг с другом, при этом упомянутые части листа имеют отличающиеся друг от друга физические размеры.

10. Способ по одному из пп.1 и 9, отличающийся тем, что на стадии прокатки соединяют другой лист с упомянутым листом (201).
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что изменяют угол (θ) с учетом формы листа (201).
12. Устройство (300) для осуществления способа по одному из пп.1-11.
13. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что имеет несущую конструкцию (309), прокатное оборудование (301) для прокатки из листа (201) спирального профиля со швом (202) и сварочный аппарат (307) для сварки шва (202).
