Abstract

1. Способ разложения азотосодержащей исходной фракции (1, 101) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, предпочтительно природного газа, ! a) при этом исходную фракцию (1, 101), по меньшей мере, частично сжижают (E1, E2) и методом ректификации (T1) разделяют на обогащенную азотом фракцию (14, 110) и обедненную азотом фракцию (11, 111) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, и ! b) при этом в верхней зоне ректификации (T1) обогащенный азотом поток (14) отводят, охлаждают (E3) и, по меньшей мере, частично подают на ректификацию (T1) в качестве возвратного продукта (20), и/или ! c) обогащенную азотом фракцию (110) охлаждают и частично конденсируют (E3), по меньшей мере, частично подают на ректификацию (T1) в качестве возвратного продукта (115), и остаточный поток (116) обогащенной азотом фракции (110) подвергают процессу в двух колоннах (T3), ! отличающийся тем, что ! d) в средней зоне ректификации (T1) поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода, который используют для охлаждения (E3) обогащенного азотом частичного потока (14), и/или охлаждения обогащенной азотом фракции (110), отводят и ! e) ректификацию (T1) исходной фракции осуществляют в снабженной разделительной перегородкой (W) разделительной колонне (T1), при этом разделительная перегородка (W) расположена, по меньшей мере, в той зоне разделительной колонны (T1), где в разделительную колонну (T1) подводят исходную фракцию (2, 4, 5, 102, 104, 105) и отводят поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода расширяют (V5) перед теплообменом (E3) с подлежащим охлаждению обогащенным азотом потоком (14) и/или перед теплообменом (E3) с подлежащей охлаждени�

Claims (6)

1. Способ разложения азотосодержащей исходной фракции (1, 101) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, предпочтительно природного газа,
a) при этом исходную фракцию (1, 101), по меньшей мере, частично сжижают (E1, E2) и методом ректификации (T1) разделяют на обогащенную азотом фракцию (14, 110) и обедненную азотом фракцию (11, 111) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, и
b) при этом в верхней зоне ректификации (T1) обогащенный азотом поток (14) отводят, охлаждают (E3) и, по меньшей мере, частично подают на ректификацию (T1) в качестве возвратного продукта (20), и/или
c) обогащенную азотом фракцию (110) охлаждают и частично конденсируют (E3), по меньшей мере, частично подают на ректификацию (T1) в качестве возвратного продукта (115), и остаточный поток (116) обогащенной азотом фракции (110) подвергают процессу в двух колоннах (T3),
отличающийся тем, что
d) в средней зоне ректификации (T1) поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода, который используют для охлаждения (E3) обогащенного азотом частичного потока (14), и/или охлаждения обогащенной азотом фракции (110), отводят и
e) ректификацию (T1) исходной фракции осуществляют в снабженной разделительной перегородкой (W) разделительной колонне (T1), при этом разделительная перегородка (W) расположена, по меньшей мере, в той зоне разделительной колонны (T1), где в разделительную колонну (T1) подводят исходную фракцию (2, 4, 5, 102, 104, 105) и отводят поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поток (13, 113) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода расширяют (V5) перед теплообменом (E3) с подлежащим охлаждению обогащенным азотом потоком (14) и/или перед теплообменом (E3) с подлежащей охлаждению обогащенной азотом фракцией (110).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один частичный поток (7) отводимой из разделительной колонны (T1) обогащенной азотом фракции (6) расширяют (X1) с получением холода.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что отводимую из разделительной колонны (T1) обедненную азотом фракцию (11, 111) с высоким содержанием углеводородов расширяют (V4), испаряют и перегревают (E1), и затем предпочтительно сжимают.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что разделительную колонну (T1) эксплуатируют при давлении от 15 до 35 бар, предпочтительно от 25 до 30 бар.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что частичный поток (124) полученной посредством процесса в двух колоннах (T3) жидкой фракции (118) с высоким содержанием азота расширяют (V11), испаряют и перегревают (E4), и добавляют в служащий хладагентом поток (123) с низким содержанием двуокиси углерода.
