Abstract
1. Способ изготовления керамических форм по растворяемым моделям, заключающийся в изготовлении керамической формы из суспензии с этилсиликатным связующим с пропиткой облицовочных слоев органическим гидрофобным раствором, растворении модели, сушки и обжига форм, отличающийся тем, что в пропиточный состав вводят металлический порошок, а для формирования последующих слоев используют поочередно суспензии с пониженной и повышенной вязкостью, а также исключением операции промывки формы от насыщающих ее солей. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве основы органического гидрофобного раствора применяют не растворимое в спирте вещество, например, лак БТ-77. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что плотность гидрофобного раствора составляет 0,86…0,88 г/см3. ! 4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве металлического порошка применяют алюминиевый порошок, например, марки АСД-4 в количестве 0,5…4 мас.%. ! 5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что концентрация солей в ванне вытопке моделей ограничивается пределами 5…15 мас.%. ! 6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что повышение концентрации соли в ванне вытопки моделей производят добавкой в нее солей, температура плавления которых не превышает температуру обжига форм. 1.
